Brand new 2018 house! Beautiful 6 bedroom house with a coach house that has a kitchenette, living room and 1 bedroom. There is a bar in the house with a large counter top to play games on or relax and enjoy a drink One of the few houses with a hot tub at Beachwalk. It is maintained professionally. Beautifully decorated with sea glass color on the first floor with a bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. This is our second large house we own in Beachwalk.
Golf cart for use April 1st to November 1st


We have perfected the ultimate vacation house for your family. The basement also has a sport room where kids can play ball or floor hockey. The floor and wall are padded like a workout center. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and 2 of them are master bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the first floor and bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. The coach house has 1 bedroom and a kitchenette.

We are family owned homes and we all have all vacationed enough together to come up with the perfect house. We try to please the little kids up to grandma and grandpa. The addition of the coach house is a great idea if there is a small family, couple or grandma and grandpa want to get a break from the main house.

HOT TUB, GOLF CART, BIKES, BEACH CHAIRS ALL AVAILABLE TO YOU.
The beautiful Lake Michigan is 3/4 miles away. You can take the golf cart to the gold cart parking and enjoy the beach. There is a community pool to enjoy. Lake Kai has free paddle boarding and kayaking. Tennis courts, 2 parks and basketball courts to enjoy.


LAKE MICHIGAN:
We are 1/2 mile to the lake. Take the golf cart and park it at the Beachwalk golf cart parking. It is a short walk on a boardwalk to the lake. Enjoy pristine beautiful beaches and miles of walking shore.

BEACHWALK RESORT: It has so much to offer all in 1 community for your family, girls weekend, scrapbooking, guys weekend to enjoy. There is a pool, tennis courts, basketball and Lake Kai to entertain you. There is also a ice cream and coffee shop in Beachwalk. Your group will make so many lasting memories here.

SURROUNDING AREA: There is so much to do, there is the outlet mall 5 minutes away, zoo and a Washington Park all 5 minutes away. Venture to New Buffalo, Mi about 15 minutes away to rent a boat or a jet ski. There is tons of restaurants, shops and plenty of bike trails to enjoy.

We enjoyed this house, it was welcoming and bright, all the utensils/plates/cookware we needed and organized nicely. Kids loved the hot tub and owner was incredibly responsive when we reached out about a fix that was needed mid stay. Location in Beachwalk is perfect - close to playground, boats, community pool, green. Liked all the Beachwalk amenities including yoga, paddle board, kayaks, Saturday music series. Thank you!

Perfect House Left Us in the Pink

This is about our 14th year at Beachwalk. Each year, as our family has grown and matured, we found another "perfect" house to stay in for a convenient week. The Pink House satisfied that description in July this year. We were able to move furniture and small appliances around to meet our needs. We have six adults, 2 eighteen year olds, and 4 sixteen and under. Each person who wanted one had his/her own room. Some of the cousins shared a bunk room and game room like they had done in the past, and best of all there were 6 bathrooms! The giant island in the kitchen allowed several of our able cooks to use the space at once. We pulled a folding table out of the basement closet and formed a T-shaped table in the dining room that fit all12 at once. We turned the bar counter into a puzzle station and settled in on the comfy furniture to watch the Olympics. Nine of us played sand volleyball almost every day and followed up with a scoop of ice cream and a game of tennis or a nap and a good book. We brought quite a lot of our own food and shopped for the rest at Al's Fresh Market--a little expensive but quite convenient. I found fresh-picked blueberries just a few miles down the road just before they closed for the season. Aside from a couple of cloud bursts, the weather was perfect for summer. The beds were well-made and the sheets, blankets, and towels were clean. Two washers & dryers made staying clean and dry easy. The hot tub was a hit too with our lap swimmers and runners.

This was our family's 5th annual vacation at the Pink House. Obviously we all love it! The house is always clean when we arrive, and is perfect for our family with comfortable beds, bathrooms for every bedroom, plenty of hot water for a lot of people, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating, fun beach toys and bikes for our use (although we all bring our own), a great golf cart, a wonderful hot tub -- I could go on and on! It won't be our last vacation at the Pink House and we look forward to future stays. The coach house is such a great addition for us and is used by our family as well and includes a fridge, mini-kitchen, and washer/dryer. Lovely houses in great shape with modern amenities and open floor plan in main house. Beachwalk is amazing — pool, kiddie pool, Lake Kai beach, the big lake!, clubhouse, activity center — wow! My husband and my 3 kids, enjoy skiing, golf and traveling together. It is getting harder when they are older now but a family home to rent is the perfect place to get together all under 1 roof.

Why they chose this property

This is our second house in Beachwalk. I have over 60 - 5 star reviews with my other house. This house is such a labor of love. Alot of time was put into perfecting the layout. Beachwalk is a perfect family resort. When I read reviews from my other house i really feel we have made memories for these families. The same families come back year after year. I hope this will be the same for the new house. There are 2 balconies for families to hang out. I think this is good because you can sit in different areas. The house is professionally decorated and you will love the Beachouse look we are put together!

What makes this property unique

COACH HOUSE - need I say more. When you want to vacation with your family but yet you need your own space.
2 BALCONIES - that is so nice in case you want to read a book or you want to gather with a larger crowd
LOFT - very nice for the kids who want to relax in a different space.
SPORT ROOM - how perfect is that for kids to run around and not worry about damaging the house.
