Wonderful community

Condo has everything you need and is nicely furnished. Pool is very close by and large we had a wonderful peaceful time. Close to many restaurants and the beaches.

Wonderful condo in venice

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

First class all the way! Jeff was polite and professional from the beginning to the end. It’s a lovely area close to quaint shops, tourist attractions and delicious restaurant. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and the people are very friendly!

Wedding at Sharkey’s on the Pier

Son got married beginning of June 2019 and we needed a nice location to stay for a week. Wanted someplace quiet and away from the tourist crowds on the beaches. This was perfect. Great condo, views and close to the pool. An un expected plus was how nice the neighbors were. Many major retail and restaurant chains close by. Great condo definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional home away from home.

Jim and Kim’s townhouse is unbelievable. From the moment you book it to the opening of the front door. They made sure your vacations needs are taken care of. Beautifully decorated and outstanding location equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, bath, laundry and beach. Comfortable and clean made you feel right at home. They were in contact with you to make sure you didn’t need a thing. Great hosts. I would love to rent from them again.

Very nice unit

This is a very nice unit. The host was readily available to talk via phone anytime we had a question. Our only complaint would be that the pool heater was not working while we were there. This is not the responsibility of the hosts in any way. I feel the HOA should be responsible for refunding some of our rental fee as we signed a contract that included "heated pool". Again, this has nothing to do with the hosts. They were great!

Will explore other options next time

Upon arrival everything looked good as shown in pictures. Turned bed back to find the bed in the guest room appeared to have been slept in. Guest bathroom was dirty as well. After this discovery we felt the condo had not been disinfected properly between guests so we had no choice other than to do it ourselves with supplies we had to buy. Had we not had to deal with that our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

If this truly was the case, the guest should have notified me immediately upon check in. Instead they waited until after they checked out to let me know me know that they where un happy. I was never given the opportunity to fix the problem if there even was one. We are 100% all about our guest's having a perfect stay. If I had been notified I could have fixed the problem right away by having the cleaning crew return or moving the guest to another condo or even putting them at a place of their choice or refunded 100% if they decided not to stay there. My wife & I pride ourselves on making our condo's feel like a home instead of a rental and have high standards that our cleaning crew must uphold. I feel this was a shake down in an attempt to get money back. Which I did end up giving a partial refund to this guest. We try to learn from the good & the bad. We have now made flyers that are placed in each condo that inform the guest that if everything is not as expected upon arrival to please contact us right away so we can correct the problem immediately. In closing, I am sorry this guest had a less that perfect experience and hope this is not an issue in the future. We welcome them back if they would choose to give us another chance.

What you see is what you get!!

We have stayed in The Plantation area before and find it very convenient and safe. This condo has been the best we have found. Obviously recently updated, it is very stylish as shown in the pictures yet it is also very comfortable and relaxing. The bed is sumptuous!! The owners checked in on us before we arrived to make sure we had any and all information and also as we were leaving wishing us a safe trip home. The communication was outstanding and personable. It was obvious they really wanted our stay to be up to our expectations. If I knew today about next year. this would absolutely be my choice. But for sure it will be the first one I seek!!

Great place

The condo was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, close parking, ground floor, nice patio looking onto golf course. The condo worked perfectly for my husband and I with our 2 kids for a week while visiting family nearby. Full size washer and dryer was a big plus. I would definitely rent here again.

Friendly complex!

We were in FL to visit relatives. This rental was perfect for our needs. Plantation Golf and Country Club is lovely and is located a short drive from beaches and popular restaurants. Host was very easy to communicate with and contacted us the first night to make sure our checked in went smoothly. This is an older condo that has been upgraded nicely and was very comfortable. I would stay here again!
