This is our Oceanfront Suite located in the upscale north end of Myrtle Beach! Right on the Beach! A Front Seat Balcony View of a Sunrise to die for! Your backyard is sand! We are within walking distance to several places for shopping, activities and restaurants. Our personal favorite is SOHOS offering a wide variety of food, rooftop bar and seasonal entertainment. Starbucks on the Corner as well! This Oceanfront Suite has an amazing view! The sunrise is breathtaking!We have decorated this unit with all the comforts of home! Enjoy our pools, hot tubs, large lazy river and picnic in our Private Lawn Area filled with tables, umbrellas and lawn chairs for your use during your stay! Inside your room you’ll sleep on a comfortable king bed. Each room has a flatscreen smart tv, free internet, free parking, full kitchen and whirlpool bath for relaxing after your fun day! Short Walks to Many Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment! We are local and can be of assistance to you for your every need! We are pleased to have so many repeat guests year after year! The property is very dated. The bed was very disappointing. It sagged in the middle.. The decor and furnishings are dated. The kitchen had limited glass ware. I was afraid to use the very thin wine glasses. The bath/jacuzzi needs a re-caulk. It is cracked and yellow

Beautiful condo on beach front! Cozy and well kept. The hosts were amazing! We will definitely go back and use properties by the same host!

We are Gary and Brenda Gerringer, a father daughter team. Residents of Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. Gary is a disabled Viet Nam combat vet and Brenda is an Rheumatology infusion nurse. For years, we had restaurants and took pride in great food, fast service and friendly faces. We truly enjoy making people happy and have repeat customers year after year. Our goal is to continue making people happy. We know how important it is to have a relaxing vacation. We want our guests to feel at home while staying on the beach. That's why we have tastefully decorated our condos with that home feeling. We offer large screen tvs in both rooms, home type furniture, etc. so you wont feel you are in a basic hotel room. We are local and can be of service to you in minutes. We like to choose our guests carefully and hope to establish a relationship to last year after year. We have several units here at the Boardwalk more suited for larger families. This unit is uniquely suited for a couple with its decor. We look forward to giving our return ,regular, guests special discounts after we establish our relationships with them .Our goal is for you a have a wonderful, memorable experience during your home here at the beach and look forward to hearing from you each year for another beautiful getaway. We chose The Boardwalk Resort for it's prime location. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, it is within minutes to Broadway at the Beach , The Convention Center and the Sky Wheel. The unit is within short walking distance to Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's, Dirty Don's, River City Café, Beach Bums and Soho restaurant and bar. The Boardwalk Resort is close to all of these amenities, yet far enough away as to not be overwhelmed by the crowds.

What makes this property unique

"A million-dollar view!" We enjoy sitting on the balcony in our comfortable patio chairs with a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise! It is breathtaking and a relaxing peace goes along with the view. We like the fact that it is located on the first floor as to not have to wait for elevators. Our condo is uniquely decorated and feels like a piece of home. We are local residents and around to be of service to you while you are staying in Myrtle Beach, whether it is just something you need for your condo or if you need assistance with any situations you may encounter while you are here.
