213 Sea Shack (Left hand side of duplex) is absolutely everything you'd ever wish for in a beach getaway. Located in St Joseph's Shores in the middle of Windmark Beach, you've got the best of it all. Luxury accommodations with only a few houses around located directly on the beach. Want to relax; come sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets while watching the dolphins play. Outside, you've not only got miles and miles of beach to walk or jog, there's also 5 miles of paved beach walk at your command. So bring your bikes and strollers and enjoy the gulf breeze and the sound of the waves as your thoughts float away. The down stairs features your living room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-sweet bath and gulf view. The third bedroom is upstairs as well and hosts a queen bed and a twin trundle and a en-sweet bath. If you need more room for family and friends to get in on the fun we also manage 209 Sea Shack which is right next door. "Free Wi-Fi". Five minutes from local grocery stores and restaurants.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. Keep an eye on the clock because it changes suddenly without much fanfare. Beacon Hill borders Bay County where the local time zone switches to Central.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
