Over-sized windows look out over the Ogden Valley, including Snowbasin & Pineview.

Come hide away from all life's troubles to enjoy this home and all its amenities, including 4 private bedrooms, 1 "bunk" room (sleeps 10), loft office, fitness room, & hot tub.

Main level: great room, kitchen, dining, master suite, and laundry room with attached 3 car garage.

Kitchen is fully stocked and includes cooking basics. A local grocery service is available for pick up or delivery.

Downstairs: game room, fitness room, king bedroom with attached bath, queen bedroom, full bathroom, outdoor hot tub.

Game room is equipped with a big screen TV; DVD player, Chromecast, Wii, and can be connected with additional gaming systems. A pool table and Foosball table are located in the game room which also boasts a mini kitchen bar with sink and mini fridge.


Upstairs separately: loft office with fold out bed; bunk room with attached bathroom.

During winter months, access to the home may be restricted to 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles (weather dependent) Mountain passes to the home recommend snow tires or chains Nov-March. The asphalt road and driveway are plowed and salted as soon as possible during or after every storm.

The perfect mountain getaway.

This property is ideal for larger groups. We were an eight person multigenerational family and found the set up ideal. The kitchen was a chef’s delight so after skiing hard all day , we enjoyed cooking dinners which worked out great as local dining options are somewhat limited. Only 20-30 minutes easy drive from both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, the central location was ideal. The view from the property was fabulous. Town lights and the snow groomers working Snowbasin at night, the early morning sun on the surrounding peaks first thing in the morning. Best equipped property I’ve ever stayed at. Great local support from the local hostess but entire stay went so well we never really needed her services Overall consensus of the group is we can’t wait to return again next year Agai, thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

Hillside Retreat

Our second stay at this property and everything was just as wonderful as last time. Stocked and equipped amazingly well. We were thrilled to enjoy the property during a week’s skiing on the nearby slopes. Hope to return again in the near future

We loved our stay at this property. It’s a great location for a fun get together with family. Just a short drive to the beach. The property is beginning to show its age a bit so if you’re looking for pristine then it may not be for you, but if you’re looking for amazing views and time away from the hustle and bustle of your typical resort community then this is a great spot! Also, be aware that there’s no central air so can be a bit toasty on a hot day.

Condition of the building...

The layout of building was really nice, but there were some damages to screen doors particularly that we reported immediately. These should have been taken care of before we got there. Also the building was very warm and there was a musty smell until we opened up some doors and windows. Also, the hot tub was in bad condition and unusable. We reported that as well, but it wasn't taken care of, and we were unable to use it while we were there. This should have been addressed before we got there, and we should have been informed as well. We were very particular about the details of our departure to be sure everything was in good condition and general cleaning adhered to. Maybe we deserve a rebate?

Terrific home for a group

We have an annual company ski trip from New York City and this home was perfect for us. Every amenity worked well. The location is also ideal - far enough to feel remote with stunning mountain top views, yet only 10 minutes from town on a well maintained road.

Wonderful home for a family gathering!

Our family loved this spacious, lovely home for our Christmas celebration. It was beautifully decorated for the season, which was a special, homey touch. Sitting by the fire, admiring the view and hanging out together was super fun. Some raucous pool tournaments and relaxing hot tub gatherings added to the week. Christmas snow made the skiing at Powder Mountain great. We would love to return here!

Family Get Together

We had an awesome experience. We had 4 families... 8 adults and 7 kids. Kids ranged from 10 to 3. There was all kinds of things for the kids; games, foosball, pool, and they especially LOVED the hot tub. The bedrooms were done well. Linens were plentiful and nice. The kitchen is amazing! This is the second time we have stayed here. Everyone was sad to leave.

We've stayed in Huntsville/Eden for 5 straight years and this was easily the best lodging experience. We had 3 families totaling 13 people and could have fit another 4-5 people without a problem. Everything you need is there and the views are spectacular. Only caveat would be that the driveway is a little hairy in snow so would recommend 4wd if snow is fresh.

Perfect Getaway Location for a Large Group

We had 14 adults staying here and it felt spacious. The home is clean, well stocked and easy to get to. Quick access to fun activities (we golfed, paddle boarded at the lake, mtn biked). The property manager was great to work with, easy to contact, pleasant, extremely helpful, and available to help with any questions before and during our stay. Will definitely rent again.

Unbeatable Mountain View

This is a hidden gem compared to the typical mountain experience that most people go for in Park City. The property was clean and the furnishings are what you expect with a custom home. It had plenty of room for my big group of friends. It’s a great location with skiing and snowmobiling close by and a lake that can be seen from the balcony. The view from balcony is the probably the best in the valley with Snowbasin front and center. I plan on staying here again!

Excellent location for skiing

We stayed for a weekend ski trip and it was nice to be able to look out the window to see what the weather was like at Snowbasin. We had 15 people and we were comfortable in the space. We'll be back next year!
