Family house since 1952, feet in the water, completely renovated in 2015 (new), this beach house is located opposite the typical Breton port of Porsguen in Plouescat in Brittany.
The house gives direct access to the beach by the dune from a private gate.

Plouescat is a seaside resort located on the coast of FinistĂšre, built around a small fishing and lively marina, Porsguen. Whether you are looking for a villa by the sea in Brittany to stay with family, friends or lovers, Plouescat is a destination that will seduce you.

Plouescat is a dynamic, innovative and energetic seaside resort. In the immediate vicinity of our rental, the Villa Sterenn, you can practice many sporting activities, take wonderful walks, taste the local specialties or simply relax at the beach.

80 m2 house completely renovated with 3 bedrooms. - WIFI access

GROUND FLOOR
- Lounge with panoramic view of the port of Porsguen
- Dining room with sea view including a table that seats 6 to 8 people
- Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 160X200. 2 large storage cupboards with wardrobe
- New fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine ...)
- Bathroom with bathtub and numerous storage cupboards

FLOOR
- Bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90X200, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Sea view room with a single 90X200 bed, 1 baby bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

OUTSIDE
- Enclosed garden of 200m2 at the back of the house
- Wooden terrace with panoramic view of the sea (Porsguen port, Porsmeur beach, Keremma dunes, Plounéour, Brignogan...).
- Garden furniture and barbecue available. Path to the beach.
- Cellar with washing machine, dryer
- 2 bikes available

- Duvets, mattress covers and pillows are provided. Household linen available for hire.

Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. respectively

The house is opposite the port with direct access to the beach.
Excellent restaurants are in the immediate vicinity on foot:
- "Roch ar Mor" at 100m, restaurant facing the sea with lovely terrace
- "Basically", crĂȘperie at 150m
- "Enez Eog", Traditional catering + crĂȘperie + pizzeria at 300m

A bakery is also 50 m from the house.

The village and its typically Breton market is 3km away.

    - By car: Rennes / Brest (RN12) or Nantes / Brest (N165) expressway: Roscoff / Saint Pol de Léon or Landivisiau exits.

    - By train: TGV Atlantique Paris / Brest line, Morlaix stop (30 km from Plouescat)

    - By boat: car ferry line Plymouth / Roscoff and Cork / Roscoff. (20 km from Plouescat)

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche im Ferienhaus von Antoine und CĂ©cile. Es war wunderschön, die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gerne noch lĂ€nger geblieben. Der Strand ist prima fĂŒr Kinder geeignet. FĂŒr das Einkaufen ist allerdings ein Auto sinnvoll, weil der nĂ€chste Supermarkt etwas weiter entfernt ist.

Charmante maison idĂ©alement placĂ©e avec une vue extraordinaire. Le GR qui rejoint la plage attenante au bout du jardin est idĂ©al et pratique pour toute la famille. Nous avons profitĂ© de la plage avec bonheur ainsi que de la terrasse pour des dĂźners devant les couchers de soleil somptueux. La location avait tout le nĂ©cessaire avec soin et qualitĂ©. Le lieu est pittoresque et calme avec de belles tables pour dĂ©guster d’excellents plats. Merci pour l’accueil parfait et le lieu trĂšs bien entretenu.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus - klein, aber fein und mit vielen schönen kleinen Details ausgestattet. Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer mit schöner Holzterrasse, von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und den Strand hat sowie die spektakulĂ€ren SonnenuntergĂ€nge genießen kann. Direkter Zugang zum DĂŒnenweg und dem wunderbar feinsandigen Strand. Check-In völlig problemlos und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Vielen Dank an CĂ©cile und Antoine fĂŒr die Möglichkeit, den Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus zu verbringen. Insgesamt 100% zu empfehlen!

Charmantes Haus mit Meersicht

Das Haus liegt direkt an der KĂŒste mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Es ist gut ausgerĂŒstet und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Treppe zu den zwei Zimmern im Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus - klein, aber fein und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Unglaublich schöne Lage (direkt am Meer) mit Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und direktem Zugang zum DĂŒnenweg + Strand. In Gehweite ist ein wunderschönes und uriges Lokal "Roch ar Mort", ebenfalls direkt am Meer gelegen, mit sehr guter bretonischer KĂŒche - unbedingt reservieren und hingehen... Insgesamt 100% zu empfehlen!

Parfait !

Excellente semaine dans la maison de CĂ©cile et Antoine. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, la maison n’est pas trĂšs grande mais tout y est, elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle. Et la vue est absolument magique Ă  tout moment de la journĂ©e L’accĂšs aux plages alentours en empruntant directement le GR qui passe au bout du jardin est trĂšs pratique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous organisons un nouveau sĂ©jour dans la rĂ©gion.

Kleines Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt ganz toll direkt am Strand. Es ist ein kleines Haus, von der GrundflĂ€che her, was man vor allem in den SchlafrĂ€umen merkt. Aber sehr funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das große Panoramafenster ist absolut toll. Man hat wirklich das Meer zu FĂŒĂŸen. Auch von der großen, sehr praktisch eingerichteten Terasse. Auch vom großen Esstisch hat man diesen umwerfenden Blick auf die Bucht und kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die 3 Betten oben können gut genutzt werden, allerdings ist die Treppe ziemlich steil. Die KĂŒche ist gut eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die charmante Dame wohnt 200 m entfernt, ist also bei Problemen (wir hatten keine) schnell vor Ort.

HĂŒbsches und mit Liebe und Stil eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer und direktem Zugang zum Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist bestens geeignet fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge oder KĂŒstenwanderungen. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Hafen mit wundervollen SonnenuntergĂ€ngen ist einfach fantastisch. Die Vermieter achten auf viele kleine Details und sind sehr engagiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - herzlichen Dank!

Traumblick auf den Hafen und Sonnenuntergang

Sehr stilvoll renovierte und praktisch eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus in idealer Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen, die SonnenuntergĂ€nge und mit direktem Zugang zum Badestrand ĂŒber den KĂŒstenwanderweg, der direkt am Haus vorbeigeht. Sehr netter Empfang und Einweisung. KĂŒche gut ausgestattet und funktional. Insgesamt ein Traum fĂŒr 2 bis 3 Personen, auch wenn insgesamt 5 schöne SchlafplĂ€tze vorhanden sind. Dann kann es bei schlechtem Wetter aber eng werden. Leider war das sehr empfohlene Restaurant Roc’h Ar Mor bereits eine Woche im Voraus komplett ausgebucht, angabegemĂ€ĂŸ weil ein Mangel an Servicepersonal bestand. Auch die Öffnungszeiten anderer Restaurants waren Anfang September eher erratisch und hĂ€ufig nicht korrekt angegeben.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par CĂ©cile et Antoine . La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour les pieds dans l’eau . Il y a bcp de jolies balades Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous la recommandons sans hĂ©sitation.

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Es war ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub in dem tollen Haus von Cecile. Das Haus war noch schöner als wir es erwartet hatten -fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hat das Haus die perfekte Aufteilung. Die Aussicht auf das offene Meer sowie die abendlichen SonnenuntergĂ€nge direkt vor der Nase waren einfach nur atemberaubend und traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Großen Dank die tollen Gastgeber - wir werden wieder kommen : ) Krystyna, Lukas und Kids

With my husband and our 2 young sons, we are from Brittany. We bought this family home that belonged to my husband's grandparents.
It is therefore a house of heart that holds a strong history.
We have renovated it in a more contemporary style while maintaining some of the elements of the old-fashioned fisherman's house.

Living in Paris for more than 20 years, we love spending 5 to 6 weeks each year in this house. It gives us an extreme escape feeling with this breathtaking view whatever the season.

We take the opportunity to do a lot of sports (boating, stand up paddle, sailing, fishing, running, tennis, golf ...) and have a good time with family and friends!

Why they chose this property

This house is a melting pot of great memories.
Since we were a child, this house had built us around founding pleasures:
- Learning fishing on foot, at the line, at the net
- Learning to swim and sail at the nautical center
- Learning to bike along our mystical coast (From Gunirvit to Saint Eden ...)
- Appropriating the strong values of Brittany by our elders through daily exchanges with fishermen-sailors on the quay below or at the pub at the time of the aperitif!
