This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is located at Seascape in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrlte Beach. This unit can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, Seascape is your home away from home. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean from your private screened in balcony. This oceanfront condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, TV's with cable in all bedrooms & a TV with cable & DVD player in the living room.

This 3 story building is just a short drive to many of the different restaurants, shopping & attractions that our area has to offer. Within the quaint courtyard setting, you will find an outdoor pool and hot tub surrounded by pleasing landscaping. Additional amenities include a BBQ area, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Great Stay

This is our second time staying at Seascape! We love the size of the room and the ability to see the ocean from the screened balcony. Any future trips to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely try to stay at Seascape!

Great Getaway

My family and I had a great week long stay at this condo. Next time I go to Myrtle Beach, this will be the first place I inquire to book with. Everything was as advertised. Some of the towels had hairballs but aside from that it was a 10/10.

Nice Location. Air Conditioner doesn’t keep up with the temperature (sat on 72 degrees), multiple stains and grimey looking. Mold up along the ceiling and top on the walls.

Perfect week!

I just walked through my front door and I miss this place already. North Myrtle beach was a gem, but this is the perfect place to experience it from. It was quiet, the people were so friendly (other than one extremely rude resident), and the view was an endless joy. It took us days to find the laundry, but that's probably our fault. There was enough room for all four of the adults in our party to be together or go to our rooms and read if we liked. I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay on waterfront at SeaScape. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need attending to. Sliding door needs a little adjustment, a few lights burned out. The shower in the main BR was dirty when we checked in and there was a used towel hanging on the door.

Condo review

Could’ve used a deep clean, walls were very dirty in multiple rooms especially window seal in the bedroom with twin beds. When we arrived we found old food splatters in front of where the trash can was located. Just could’ve used a better deep clean and could work on general appearance with touch up painting.

Overall nice place

Our family enjoyed this location and the condo was clean and neat. The reason I am only giving it 3 stars is because this unit just desperately needs some upgrades. The stove is very old and only two burns worked, one in the front and one in the back which made it difficult at times when we wanted to prepare meals in instead of going out. The TV in my parents room with the queen bed didnt work so they couldnt use it and the unit over all just needs some minor repairs that they said at check in that they were aware of. Other than that it is not a bad place to stay, our family loved the balcony over looking the ocean and having enough space for all 6 of us.

Nice location

This room is on the top floor (3rd floor), facing the beach, with a wonderful view. You can hear the ocean through the patio doors and its wonderful to listen to. Bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The front door was really tough to open AND close, like it was offset somehow. The patio door was also hard to open and close, was unsure if it was latching correctly. I did have a minor inconvenience in where my travel hair dryer decided to not work one morning....however I found a hair dryer underneath one of the sinks which REALLY saved me! I am very thankful for that. I did not try using any of the medicine cabinets as they looked very old, yellow and I did not want anything to break if I did try using them. The kitchen was very functional. I liked the inside decor. I would recommend again.

The location of the unit was great, and it being a corner unit gave me a great view of sunrise. The cleaning staff does not take care of the details--the shower had black on the doors, the kitchen ceiling fan was black. The living room sliding door COULD NOT close, the frame was incorrectly sized. The patio screens were ripped or pulled loose in places, and the lining to the living room drapes was ripped in several places.

Time Travel Does Exist

No longer will my son have to ask me what it was like to grow up without Internet or Cable TV since it didn't work for the first three days we were there. He also won't have to ask what it was like growing up poor with appliances that only had two burners working and shelves that fell out of the refrigerator when we opened the door the first time. (The silicon caulking that was holding them in place must have gotten hot, since the refrigerator took a whole day to cool down.) Aside from these issues, the building management was apparently in the process of replacing the siding on our unit from 8 to 4 every day. We can now identify by sound the brand, size and operator of the various staplers, nailers and drills that they used. When the maintenance man came in on Monday to fix the internet and cable, he couldn't even hear the technician over the phone at Spectrum to fix the modem. The picture of the ocean on the inside of the wall was moving so much we were getting sea sick. But at least the elevator was in operation for 4 out of the 7 days we were there. Please realize that if you book an ocean front unit at this property, the elevator does not let you out on the same level as your unit. You will have to go up or down stairs. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We were on the third floor and had some fun conversations with the workers as they went up and down their scaffolding which was attached to our balcony roof, with a very loud impact drill. At checkout, everyone apologized for the inconveniences and said that the manager would be in touch to offer some compensation. No one bothered to get in touch with us. There are just some condos that you can tell whether or not the owner cares about it. This is not one of those units. I kid you not, the hole in the toilet seat was smaller than a Styrofoam plate! It reminded me of a training potty! (Another thing my kids don't have to try to remember.) The location of this unit has a lot going for it. But, it could really use some work. (IN THE OFF SEASON!)

Overall, nice place.

The unit was as described. Had everything we needed. Construction began outside our unit at 8:00am and Monday and Tuesday, however, they did right by allowing us to change locations. Also, there is only a one hour window at the realty office for checkin, which you can imagine the chaos and wait after traveling.
