Spend your summer in Montauk in a secluded home near Fort Pond Bay. This three bedroom, one bath home has everything required for an incredible summer vacation. It's location cannot be beat. Enjoy a sunset cocktail at The Montauket and or a stylish meal at Duryea's. Both are a two-minute walk away.

Navy Road Beach is a short ride from the home, as are the town beaches. Rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower Finish the day enjoying the summer sunset over Fort Pond Bay or relax out on the deck overlooking the large yard and Tuthill Pond.

The home location is quiet and secluded. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are an open floor plan with separate bedrooms and bath rounding out the home. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a queen and twin bed. This is a perfect getaway for a small family, or a group of friends to enjoy Montauk.

Incredible Stay

I had a fantastic time staying at this home. The house was clean, in great condition, and in an amazing location right near the bay. Hannah was very responsive and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was great, the house was stocked with appliances, and Hannah was always helpful and quick to respond. My family and I would be happy to stay here again.
