The property fronts on a paved path for bicycling and walking, so there is no street noise. Just a few steps up from the patio is a hot tub for two under a custom-designed redwood enclosure with tiny lights, equipped with two soft terry robes and beach towels. An outdoor fountain offers serene sounds.
The property is on a gentle slope. Guests enter through a short private path. Spend time on another short path up the hill to a secluded platform and bench with an ocean view. At the base of the property, there is an alcove in the foliage with two cushioned adirondack chairs and a small table, perfect for morning coffee or tea. The entrance to the house is secured by electronic key pads and keys.
