Lots of amenities at A Place At The Beach!! Two bedroom two bath (tub/shower combo) courtyard unit with a view overlooking the outdoor pool and water slide. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath, the second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils and washer & dryer. A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grilling area... You won't need to leave! Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. Wifi included. This property is a Sunday to Sunday rental. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t have asked for a better location or view. Close to the pool, beach, elevator and stairs. This was our second year staying in this unit. All beds had a thick layer of foam padding that made the bed very soft making it uncomfortable. Living room furniture was extremely dirty and floors were sticky. Overall nice vacation

Great Family Resort

We have been staying at APATB for over 15 years now. I’d love to own, but I can’t afford it, so we make it our summer and sometimes off-season destination. The resort is wonderful and the beach access is better than those in Florida.

Great Location - Needs Some Attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is fantastic. You are a short walk to all the properties amenities. Views from the deck are great, easily see the ocean and inter coastal. Plus good view to keep eyes on kids if they are using the outdoor pool. The unit itself needs some attention. I’d suggest a new cleaning crew for the unit as it still felt dirty when we arrived. My 2 year old found a pop tart somewhere. The pull out trundle bed had dirty sheets on it. The kitchen provided items lacked as well. Had most everything but it was old and in need of replacement. The mr coffee machine also stopped working during our stay. Great potential but rental company needs to invest some money into the unit.

The complex is older but clean and maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Our condo did need some updating but that didn’t keep us from having a wonderful trip and enjoying the area.

When we first walked in the sliding doors had issue. However the management company had the door fixed within an hour. I would definitely recommend this condo.
