About this property

1st floor condo in a very family oriented resort that offers many quality amenities that allows you to stay on site . You will have many options to fill your stay with priceless memories. Our condo was recently updated (spring 2017) with two new bathrooms and new carpet in the great room and bedrooms, new kitchen and floors in Spring ‘18., bedrooms painted in Fall ‘19.The deck offers a great view of the courtyard and large pool / water slide/ minimal ocean view. The fall of 2021, the main living area is being painted, new flooring in the kitchen, living area.and bathrooms.The baseboard has been replaced in the entire unit. There is new furniture in the master bedroom, second bedroom and two new swivel chairs in living area.
There is a walkway from your front door to the beach, less than 1000 feet. The boardwalk to the beach has been extended, giving you easier access. The beaches are large, very clean and the ocean is usually user friendly.

Cleaning fee has increased to $250 (linens, towels and condo cleaning). The laundry vendor and Cleaner has increase their fee. We will give our guests the option to provide their own bed linens and towels for a $175 cleaning charge. You can request this option when you make your reservation.

Excellent place for a family.

A Place at the Beach was an excellent place to stay with a family. The unit we stayed in was nice and the hosts communicated well with us. I would recommend this to a friend.

Great time at the beach

We’ve stayed at this complex many times, but this was our first time in this specific condo. The location was really nice - not too far from the pool, beach, or parking lot. The condo was updated and clean. It was a nice fit for our family of six. Communication with our host was good and he was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

The pool was closed

The rental was nice and the owner was responsive: we were very disappointed with the resort for advertising such a beautiful resort pool with water slide…. Not open and no explanation. The whole focus of the advertisement was the pool area. So we got to look at the pool from our “pool view room “.
