The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all of your trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We feel like the cabin offers a lot of privacy but there are a few houses in the general vicinity so while it’s private it’s not totally secluded.
Feel free to use area around the under decking of the cabin. Pull out the furniture onto the "sundeck" and enjoy the stream and picnic table area:)
For your safety, please don't venture onto the lower levels of the yard. The terrain is uneven and steep.

Super nice place , very quite , just perfect for family of 4 or 5 , short distance to Maggie and Cherokee, owner is super nice and answers any questions pretty quick, We Love it here
Me, my husband and kids stayed at this cozy little cabin for the weekend and we really enjoyed it! Had great communication with the owners! Look forward to renting again!
This home was hands down one of the best houses we have stayed in. It was perfect for our little family. Highly recommend!!! The owner Tyler Rogero was spot on with accommodating all of our needs. We want to say thank you for giving us that home away from home feeling.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and cozy, spacious, and fully stocked with anything you would need. The host sent driving directions beforehand since the road to get there is a bit windy and the GPS can be misleading. Plenty of space and we loved the skylight! The host was really easy to get in touch with and happy to answer any questions we had. Maggie Valley has a good bit to do and Waynesville and Cataloochee are close enough if you need to go further than that. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re trying to find a quiet spot near the Smokies!
It was so peaceful at the cabin! I sat outside on the back porch most of our stay. The only things I heard were birds, rain, and a dog bark once or twice. It was really just what I needed!
Cabin was perfect-had everything we needed!
Can’t say enough good things about the place. Just spent our second weekend there. We’ve been to this cabin in late fall, and now summer. Can’t decide which season was more beautiful. I’ve stayed in a number of cabins in this area, and I will definitely make this my first choice again and again in the future. The interior is so comfortable and welcoming. The wood stove is excellent in the wintertime, and it is easy to open up the windows on a nice and aiy summer night. Thoughtfully decorated with vases of native wildflowers and other native plants picked from the cabin grounds, excellently stocked kitchen, nice and unique towels, bed sheets, pillows, everything. We absolutely love this place. Owner is very prompt to respond, and we haven’t had a single complaint yet in the two times we have been. Highly recommended, and I’m sure is well loved by all who have stayed here.
The manager was very helpful and several issues we encountered. The cabin was great, though I had to do some cleaning in one bathroom. We loved being up in the mountain! After a rain, it was difficult to get up the driveway with our 4-Runner, we felt badly about the tire ruts we made.
This was our second stay here, and we hiked and kayaked in the area. Thanks to the manager!
We had an awesome time a couple of deer running through the backyard when we first got there was a pleasant surprise the road up with a little bit tricky but added excitement to our trip loved the Simplicity of the cabin and the homie feeling wouldn't change a thing. (I might would add a few coat hooks here and there. That was only thing we noticed) And if anyone wonders, we had no trouble with internet or our phone service while there. Great place to relax. Thanks for sharing you prooerties with us.
We thought the cabin was fantastic!
Very comfortable and cozy.
A little rough getting there on the last road.
We took the grandkids to see the snow but no snow in January. Go figure. We booked in October.
Wouldn’t recommend if ice on road unless you have a four wheel drive. Which we didn’t. So good thing no ice for us.
Very charming, homey cabin tucked away up on the mountain. Everything you might need is there. It has a comfortable, cozy living room and a nice porch that is perfect for relaxing. Would definitely love to visit again.
Very nicely decorated clean cabin well stocked. Even had coffee beans and grinder. Like home away from home. Tyler was great. Always offering help if needed. Gave us excellent directions. Loved our stay. Would recommend this cabin. Very quiet and somewhat secluded. Short drive to Oconaluftee Visitors Center in Great Smoky Mountain National Park where we saw and heard Elk bugle. It was wonderful! We had a great time. Thank you Tyler!
Great little cabin! The views were great, ample seating on porch. Inside it's a perfect cabin with all that you would need. The drive way is a trick for parking BUT if I could do it anyone can lol. Communication was EXCELLENT, with the little problem we had the response was right on!Definitely would recommend this little gem
We loved the location the cabin the only issue is getting there on motorcycles not recommended as the rocky hill climb was very bumpy but overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin!!
This was our second time staying here and both times we had such a wonderful time! The cabin was very nice, cozy and clean!! Definitely recommend and will book again!
Great location, close to the ski area we go to each year. Quaint cabin, very cozy, perfect view. Has a nice wood burning stove, very clean kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend any time of year for a nice getaway.
Cabin is Quiet, clean, property beautiful, great host, the drive up to the cabin was beautiful all the colors, this cabin was perfect for October if you want to see the all the fall colors this is the cabin for you we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the leaves rain down
