We are members/owners at the resort, and are not able to use some of our time we had booked this year.
Why they chose this property
We love Hacienda Encantada because it is gorgeous, well maintained with beautiful rooms and facilities. The food is wonderful. We always feel very safe. Most importantly, the people who work here are great!
