It is located just 1.4 miles from the Hangout with Deeded beach access directly across the street from the complex! Queen beds in each bedroom. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Washer & dryer inside unit for your convenience. The property is 50 yards from Waves Beach Grocery / Package Store, Beach House Restaurant, Island Ice Cream & Treats, and
S & S Seafood Market. This condo is in a low density complex on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. The complex has a swimming pool onsite and is located directly in front of the unit. It's a short three minute walk to the deeded beach access located directly across West Beach Blvd providing a fast and easy walk to the beach. This unit is also within walking distance to Gulf Shores public beach area where you will find all the shops, stores, restaurants, and festivals.

Dated but can’t beat the location

Great location. Walk to beach is short and there is a great restaurant right around the corner too. Place is dated and looks to have had some water damage to many of the walls.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Pool was clean, ocean was a walk right across the street. Great for a small family, didn't have to worry about kids being too loud inside. There is a corner store right behind the property so you don't have to get out to go get the small stuff. Walmart is less than 10 minutes if you need groceries and there are plenty of food spots all within a 10 minute drive. It's a great spot in a great location

Mini vacation with grandsons

The cottage was just as described on the website. It was very comfortable and close to everything. Our grandsons had always wanted to go to the ocean so we chose this time and place to take them. We all loved it. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved our stay at this beach cottage. It was perfect for us. It is a cute, beach-themed cottage with a kitchen and washer/dryer which came in extremely handy. The pool and outdoor shower were also very nice. The beach is less than 100 yards away with easy access directly across the street. The cottage has 2 parking spots which was nice. If you only bring one vehicle, the other spot is perfect for storing your sandy beach chairs and hanging your wet towels. We loved our stay and hope to be back there soon. We would not hesitate to book the same place again.

It could habe been cleaner but the worse thing was the beds, compleyely wore out, tried to fix it with a memory foam topper but mattress was like sleeping on a doughnut, hole in the middle.

Cute… but the bed

The cottage was super cute. The beach access was a little confusing as it said 5 ft west of Sun Chase entrance but 5 ft west was the same parking lot as the entrance. The other option was to enter through caribe- just needs to be clarified.The mattress on the bed was one that if sleeping with a significant other you roll into the middle together. It HURTS your back! On the 3rd night i got on one end of the couch and my husband got on the other and we both slept better with our feet in each others faces. That’s the only concern I have.

Perfect for a Small Group

This cottage is adorable. It’s obvious the owners have put a lot of effort into updating it. The appliances are rather old but still in perfect working order. We appreciated the quietness of the free standing unit. It’s a very short walk to the beach - actually shorter than the walk from many gulf front condos in East GS. The only thing I missed was the ability to watch the waves while I was having my coffee. This unit is directly across from the pool (zero noise issues) which means there are palm trees & a wall directly across from the parking spots - luckily we were in a car, but a friend joined us one night & she was in a Tahoe - she had a difficult time getting out of the space. I seriously doubt a suburban/XL vehicle would be able to manage the spaces - no fault of the owners. Just be aware! Also. remember there is only 1 bathroom - this might create an issue for 2 couples or even 4 adults. The only suggestion I have for the owner is to replace the patio furniture - that salty air is brutal on metal furniture. As such, we bought cheap dish drying mats at dollar tree to use as chair pads so we didn’t end up with rust stains on our clothes. All in all, great little cottage & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

End of the summer getaway

Perfect for my son and I. Represented well and close to everything that West Beach offers. Only downside was parking for larger vehicles but there were a few parking spots at the ends of the property.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

My husband, our 2 kids and myself stayed for 5 nights in this cottage and it was absolutely gorgeous!! The keyless entry was great and the cottage was perfect for the 4 of us it felt very homey❤ We loved how close we were to the beach, the pool was clean and my girls loved it and it was nice having a grocery store, ice cream shop which was absolutely amazing and a restraunt within walking distance😊 I definitely recommend staying here and when we come back to Gulf Shores we will be staying here again❤ Also Tammy was awesome with getting back to me whenever I had any questions and she also messaged me when we were leaving and told us to have a safe trip home😊 She was very sweet and helpful through the whole process!!

Excellent Gulf Shores cottage!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was very responsive to our needs/questions. Great location to the beach and convenient to area restaurants/attractions. A slight housekeeping issue, but other than that, we loved it. We would stay there again!
