Unit G702 is a fully equipped one bedroom with loft Condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House.

You and your pet will enjoy the views from your own private deck. The bedroom and the loft both have smaller Queen beds. This unit has a unique coffee table that converts into a dining table. Flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

A nice little get-away spot

Overall, a really good experience. We could see the ocean from the living room and deck--that was our main goal! :) It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The unit was a bit dated and could benefit from a few minor upgrades that would bring it into the 21st Century. The bathroom could also use a little TLC...the toilet ran off and on all night despite our best efforts to solve the problem. It's also worth noting that this unit does not have a table for dining, but it does have a set of barstools where people can sit around the island (though not comfortably) behind the couch. The loft was private and the fireplace was a very nice amenity!

Relaxation...it's at Gearhart.

The unit is beautifully decorated and the vaulted ceiling gives it a wonderful sense of spaciousness. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which have designated adults hours. This is such a quiet and peaceful place.
