The deck offers views of the ocean and the surrounding area, which makes it an ideal spot for watching the sunset. This home also has complimentary internet and a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Though close to shopping, dining, historic sites, and picturesque beaches, Warrenton offers a less-crowded alternative to the numerous surrounding towns. In an ideal location, this vacation home is centrally located around 13 miles from Astoria and roughly six miles from Seaside. Just southwest of Warrenton, Sunset Beach offers miles of uncrowded shoreline ready for beachcombing, kite flying, sandcastle building, and, of course, some beautiful views.

Cozy Little Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our mini honeymoon vacation. The neighborhood was secluded and tucked away and we were perfectly located to either travel to Astoria for the day or Cannon Beach. Highly recommend this place!

Nice and cozy place to relax - highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable place. Clean, cozy and checked all of our boxes. It was better than a hotel and much easier. It is in a gated community for some peace of mind. It is great for a weekend getaway since you are close to Seaside and Astoria. There was plenty to do with so many option near by and it wasn't even summer time.

1. There is NO KITCHEN, yet they posted as it has a kitchen.2. Very small loud heater.3. This is 2nd floor only stay place with very stiff stairs.

A real gem.

We loved the layout of this studio apartment. Everything is so new and up to date. We couldn't get over the full size fridge, full size washer and dryer, nice TV area, and functional kitchenette area. Great location in gated community with ocean view! We really enjoyed our stay.

Quaint and quiet!

This is a terrific place to sit and read inside or on the deck overlooking the ocean view. Just under a 1/2 mile walk to beach access that is so peaceful and people are sparse. There is one flight of stairs to enter the upstairs apartment so plan ahead.

Ocean Delight was Just Right

Loved the neighborhood and this nicely appointed studio. It was perfect for what we needed…full size fridge, micro wave, toaster oven and sink were adequate for our breakfast meals. The walk to the beach was an easy 1/2 mile. Neighborhood was quiet. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Could use a couple of new chairs on the deck.

The address on your listing is different on your listing and direction, instead of zero at the end the mailbox is 9.....there is no additional marker on the house or party....difficult in the rain and dark. The wifi shows as a capital T to begin with what we were sent, only works with a small t. Maybe minor to you but accuracy is everything trying to check it.

Comfy coastal condo

We stayed at this condo over a long fall weekend and enjoyed this clean, comfortable apartment with a view of the coast. This property is in a gated community off Hwy 101 between Warrenton & Gearhart, so easy to find. We were serendipitously greeted by a migratory herd of elk in the driveway when we arrived at this well cared for, private coastal property and enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely sunset view of the ocean from the back deck. It is a bit more of a hike to the beach if you want to take a walk along the waves. Keep in mind that this apartment is up a flight of stairs and while it has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, there isn't any stove or dishwasher. So if you have a physical disability or plan to do a lot of cooking, this may not be ideal for you. Visiting during the pandemic, we did take-out dining and the kitchen area is adequately equipped to do that. Overall, it's a quiet, comfortable coastal place for a single or couple to stay.

Stayed here for one night while passing through the area. The studio was very nice and comfortable, perfect for two people. It is built on top of a garage. We missed the part about the steep staircase and boy, was it steep. The landing once inside the door was very small and difficult to negotiate. We ended up leaving our suitcases in the car as there was no way we were going to try and haul them up those stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with a very nice shower. The bath linens were white and unfortunately the hand towels and washcloths were stained from people using them to remove makeup, clean shoes etc. Perhaps consider darker colored towels or providing cloths for makeup removal etc.

The property is a very nice getaway for a couple. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was convenient to local attractions and neighboring communities. The only issue we had was with the the deadbolt to unlock the door. We were able to figure it out fairly quickly, but it was tricky to lock/unlock after entering the code.
