Spring in the front range

Brad, we enjoyed our stay in your cozy house. The location was perfect for us, a 7 minute walk to family. The back deck was great. We enjoyed the fire pit. The fireplace in the living room was so nice in the morning drinking coffee. You are a great host.

Great Stay in a Fantastic Home

In town for the long holiday weekend and stayed at this really great home! This home is located in a fantastic neighborhood in Louisville. Our family really enjoyed all of the great extras the owner had waiting for us including welcome snacks, board games/chess- and well stocked pantry and kitchen! The backyard was a nice place to have a cup of coffee. There was more than enough room for our family with its three bedrooms. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and if I’m ever back in the area would likely seek out to rent this property again!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

Very pleasant home. Private back yard with a nice large well-furnished deck where we ate our breakfast every morning, lazing in comfortable chairs. We did not use the barbeque and ate all our dinners at the homes of relatives, but it was nice to return to this home to vege or decompress after a busy day of social obligations. The owner made phone contact several times to inform us about certain features of the home or to see if we meeded anything. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.

Perfect home for our stay in Louisville

Home owner was always reachable for any questions about the home or Louisville. We received instructions on how to use the gas indoor and outdoor fireplaces, garage remotes, and anything we needed to know, etc. well in advance from homeowner. This home was very well stocked with toiletries, laundries, etc. The back deck and yard was perfect for morning breakfast and/or evening chats. We could use the garage for our car (which is not always the case in VRBO homes). The location of this home is perfect for easy access to the Louisville walks/hike trail system without having to take the car. Overall, everything was awesome. Thank you Brad!

Wonderful 3 bedroom ranch home.

This quality of Brad's home was more than we expected. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival, all rooms are nicely furnished, and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped. The back deck and yard are a wonderful oasis for relaxing with morning coffee, reading a book while listening to a variety of birds, or eating an evening meal. As a host, Brad was extremely thoughtful and easy to communicate with. It is obvious he takes pride in his home and is the consummate VRBO host. When we decide on dates for our next visit with our son, Brad will be our first contact when we arrange lodging for our stay. While this house is in a very quiet neighborhood, everything you could possibly need is easily accessible. I unequivocally recommend this property for anyone planning to stay in the Denver/Boulder area.

Perfect base

We stayed over a week to celebrate a high school graduation with family. This home was an ideal place for us to come back and relax after various events. (It is also well located for hiking, a trip to Boulder, to poke around downtown Louisville, etc.) The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, electronics up to date, WiFi efficient, and the deck a lovely place to sit outside. The kitchen offered many supplies you don't usually find in a rental, such as flavored syrups for coffee, high quality olive oil, fresh herbs and spices, and various condiments. It was very convenient to be able to park in the garage, especially when it was raining. Brad showed us around the house himself and could not have been warmer or more concerned that we enjoy our stay. With another high school graduation in two years, we are already planning to stay again.

The property is well kept, quiet neighborhood, running/walking trails, with shopping and restaurants are close by. Brad was excellent and responded quickly to emails/text during stay. Very easy going and easy to work with. We had a great experience it really was a home away from home.
