You are going to adore this 1BR/1BA condo from Rent On Padre. How can you go wrong? Gulfview II #206 is at the foot of the causeway with restaurants and parks nearby. This lovely condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. You get 2 full size beds and a sleeper sofa. It will sleep up to 6 people!

This home away from home has a balcony to enjoy the Gulf breezes. As well as everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. In case you don't want to cook, there are many restaurants nearby! Perfect!

Gulfview II is not just a nice condo, but the facilities are fabulous too! Free cable and wifi are provided! There is a wonderful pool and hot tub along with club house for your use. Tennis courts are available.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend kinda a ****** place, smelly, old and not updated ( owner’s fault) , furniture was outdated ( owners fault) no grab rails in tub shower, ( owner’s fault) just a total musty smell that doesn’t seem to go away, utensils, bowls, plates, all should be thrown out and start over with new, we’ve seen a lot of nice units but this unit needs work, kinda got caught off guard to find out unit is for sale and never was told ( Rentonpadres ) fault

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not bad better than last year although this unit (206) gulfview 2 could use some upgrades, of course owners don’t like to spend money, but I see it differently, it’s an investment! Small things like hand rails for seniors getting in/out of shower would help us . It was clean which is huge for renters like us, we’re not picky comforts of home makes it feel like home for 2 months, we were a little disappointed in kitchen area with non matching plates, silverware and cooking utensils to much mix and match. What does it take to match? Everyone is different and I understand it, it was a great 2 months and looking forward to 2024 !
