About this property

BEACHFRONT COMPLEX-1st FLOOR & FULLY RENOVATED!

SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys for the children at no extra charge. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!
This property is registered with the City of SPI permit no. 2015-969121. *We have 2 exterior cameras, one overlooking the front door and one at the patio door which records video and audio.

This condo is refinished beautifully. It's furnished with everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bath. There's a great private patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The beach wagon and chairs made getting to the beach simple. Our host was always available and responded very quickly. In addition, we loved the island in general and The Tiki complex for its beauty immaculate upkeep. The activities for winter Texans were an added plus.

This was the perfect location for the things I wanted to on the island. The complex has easy beach access and Turtle Inc and SPI nature center were easy walking distance. The condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen.

Nice and very clean, close to the beach and adventures we were interested in doing. Only issue was a lock box thats hard to open and had to have maintenace come open it to get the key. I would definitely be interested in staying here again.

We enjoyed the location of property with easy access to beach. This is a rental community so it was a little louder and crowded than we had anticipated. The property owner communicated well. The place was clean. If you are looking for beach access for a day or 2 this is the place.

This tiki condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook due to dietary needs/ The wagon for hauling our chairs and food to the beach was so appreciated. The beds were comfortable and had extra bedding which we always seem to need. Being on the first floor and facing away from the pool was a bonus. The close proximity to the beach was amazing! Definitely will return, thank you for being such great hosts!

As promoted. Exceptionally clean, nice and quaint, walking distance to the beach. Only downside is the lack of respect by pet owners to p/u after their dogs. The courtyard was littered with dog dung, literally. We have 2 dogs and I’m not against pets but please respect others and p/u your mess!

Mario and I have been married for 53 years. We were both born and raised in South Texas. We have two wonderful children and six very special grandchildren. In 1972 we moved away from South Texas for 25 years. Those years took us to Houston, Austin, Waco, Guadalajara and Aguascientes. Now we are finally back home to stay! We currently live in Harlingen. We love our home and our neighbors, but we also wanted to spend more time at our South Padre Island paradise. A condo was the perfect solution.

Why they chose this property

Because we love the beach, we decided to purchase a condo at The Tiki. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The condos are well kept and the complex is beautifully landscaped and includes two gorgeous, heated pools. Our condo is located steps away from the pool but also its location lends itself to all the privacy you could want. The patio is gated for your pet. We welcome the opportunity to share our 'home away from home' with you!

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been recently renovated. It has a gorgeous modern kitchen with white quartz countertops and comes fully equipped. The living room has a 42” TV . The bedroom has a king size bed, headboard and mattress and the furnishings are modern and well kept. The linens and bedspreads are updated frequently. The room is ample and comfortable. The bathroom is also renovated and the shower is equipped with handrails.
