Amazing villa

We loved the villa, gardens and pool. Main bedroom and bathroom were stunning. So was the outdoor dining, and being in the middle of nature. A great family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house was exactly as described, very clean, well equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday.The pool was great and quickly became the highlight for our children. The location is peaceful, yet still convenient for exploring the surrounding area and beaches.Communication with Emmanuel was excellent from the beginning. He was always friendly, helpful and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We also had a small issue with a drain during our stay, but Emmanuel reacted quickly and helped us immediately. Things like that can happen, and what really matters is how they are handled and in this case it was handled perfectly.We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning & tranquil!

The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!

Perfect. We hebben genoten van het ruime huis en het zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustige omgeving. Supermarkt in de buurt. Het is wel nodig en fijn om een eigen auto te hebben. Echt een aanbeveling.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar einsam, nicht weit von einem tollen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt klappt per WhatsApp sehr gut. Es gibt nur weniges zu bemängeln. Darunter fällt die nicht ganz optimale Sauberkeit des Objektes (Kaffeemaschine verrostet und nicht gereinigt- dicke Flusen im Schlafzimmer), die fehlende Außendusche am Pool und dass leider eigentlich kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zu Stande kommt. Damit hätten viele offene Fragen und Anliegen am Anfang einfacher geklärt werden können. Leider gibt es in der Nähe (außer Sichtweite) eine Hundezucht welche oft nicht zu überhören ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus toll ausgestattet und wunderbar für einen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden geeignet. Der Vermieter ist grundsätzlich auch sehr entgegenkommend. Es sind auch wirklich 10 vollwertige Schlafplätze, nicht nur Schlafcouchen oder Ähnliches. In vier der fünf Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, in einem leider nicht. Zusammenfassend ein tolles Objekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Super Villa in bester Lage

Die Lage ist super - wunderschöne Strände mit sehr wenig Betrieb in direkter Nähe. Cagliari, Villasimius und die Costa Rei super erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, bestens mit allem ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dort sehr gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Séjour excellent!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à San Priamo. Emmanuel a été très disponible pour nous envoyer les bonnes adresses du coin. Plusieurs plages à une dizaine de minutes en voiture (plages jolies et peu bondées). La maison est très bien agencée et équipée, la végétation parfaitement entretenue, au calme, avec tout le confort nécessaire (barbecue, beaucoup de matériel de cuisine, parasols, jeux de plage...). Parfait aussi pour nos enfants (de 7 à 10 ans). Tout le monde a passé un magnifique séjour. Merci pour votre acceuil!

Maison très agréable, jardin et piscine magnifiques, idéalement placée près de plages agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété pour un séjour en Sardaigne.
