College visit along with vacation

Good location and reasonable accommodations, easy access to abc, harbor, walkable to touristy areas. Coffee at prince hotel next door a plus. Pizza next to red lobster is awesome. Could use a few blankets. Overall a really nice place and easy access via car and on foot.

Great location but ran into issues.

The property is in a prime location for downtown. Place was a dirty, furniture was scratched, and broken. Multiple light bulbs were out. Bed was descent but not the most comfortable. You could hear everything that was going on outside from sirens to fireworks to people yelling constantly throughout the night (hard to sleep). AC worked great and the new appliances were stunning although the new microwave did not work but the place had two microwaves. I would have rated this place a bit higher, but the property manager or possibly the owner had given out our access code to realtors showing the apartment and this caused a privacy/security issue. My spouse and I were watching tv eating lunch when we heard the door unlock. Thank god we used the dead bolt to prevent anyone with access from entering the premises but it alarmed us and scared us pretty good. I reported this to the property manager and VRBO and they didn’t seem to take it as serious as we did and nothing came from it. Hope this review helps someone out in the future from booking this place.

A great place for family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, parking is easy, rooms are clean, communication is smooth and response is very fast. Love this place!My suggestion is that instead of providing one soap pad, please leave a few more. one small pad is not enough for a family of 4 people for both hand washing and bathing.The good thing is that there is a ABC store near the corner, we just went there and bought a pack.Another thing may be mentioned is that the owner does not provide tea or coffee bags. Again We went that ABC store bought some coffee pound.

A vacation rental I will definitely book again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I live In Honolulu and have been a customer of Alii Beach Rental for many years. I have stayed at rental apartments in Waikiki with friends visiting the island. I am very happy with my stay in this unit at the Ilikai Marina. Just have some suggestion for the kitchen - a new set of dinnerware and cookware, a new dish rack and a small toaster oven.
