AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and local, US and Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Beautiful view

Always enjoy staying at the Ilikai hotel in Waikiki. This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and Marina with access to the Hilton lagoon. Check in and check out was easy, and check out requests from this host we're simple and reasonable. The unit was clean with all the basic necessities available (coffee maker, microwave, iron...) The bed was large and comfortable, as were the patio furniture. Would definitely book again if available.

Anniversary In Hawaii

Location unbeatable, absolutely breathtaking view; the property facilities excellent as well as the restaurants, entertainment, gift shop even car rental kiosk in property, parking super easy. We asked for an early check in and it was no problem, the balcony area spacious, we will consider returning but maybe different unit. Not very clean around kitchen and bathroom, very outdated furnishings. Bring your own coffee filters, one coffee pouch at arrival that’s it, no sugar or anything to go with it, definitely not a place to plan on cooking, kitchen area definitely substandard. But pricing affordable with ocean view……would love to see this unit upgraded it a little it could go a long way.

Amazing views! Very friendly

The unit I was in was disgustingly dirty. Needs some TLC. Voiced my concerns and they are comping me my cleaning fee. Other than that, the Ilikai is very nice. Nice restaurant, but limited selection. The wait for the elevators is long. They have 5 elevators but I don’t think they were all working(?). The pool closes at 6:00pm so we never got to use them. Not happy about that. For the price, if our unit had been clean, this was very nice. Did I say the view was amazing?

Good value

This is one of the best priced properties I found in Waikiki with an ocean view. As such we expected some deficiencies but these were minor. Main thing was a strong musty odor when we arrived but it either got better with airing or we got used to it. Kitchen stove and decor is original so now would be considered retro! Some kitchen cabinets were filled with items best described as thrift store bargain table but all okay. Bed was very comfortable Unexpected downside was the traffic noise from Ala Moana.
