The villa is built on a hill, located in the centre of a private and peaceful estate. The house is very comfortable, south-facing and has air-conditioning.

200 m ² two-storey house:
First floor: entrance hall, vestibule and toilet; a double bedroom with a 1.6 m bed, shower and toilet; a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom; and a bedroom with a 1.6 m double bed and hand basin.
A fitted kitchen, dining room and a cosy living room with bar area, offering a view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Second floor: a bedroom with a 1.6 m double bed in a tower, with a view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, as well as a balcony, shower, toilet and hand-basin.

Swimming area: Swimming pool with a terrace, offering a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with 6 lounge chairs.
The swimming pool is regularly and discreetly maintained, early in the morning. The different floors allow guests to maintain their privacy.

The cork oak trees allow you to enjoy delightful meals in the shade.

Comfortable décor and furnishings

The house has magnificent views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which is visible from almost every room. The estate is enclosed, assuring privacy and security. The villa also has an automatic gate for extra security. There are many areas around the house where you can relax: the sitting room, the terrace, or around the pool, whilst enjoying the view. If you would like to take a leisurely stroll, Grimaud Port is 4.5 km away and from there, you can easily take a boat trip around Saint-Tropez...You can also visit the listed villages in Grimaud (1 km away), Ramatuelle and Gassin, as well as enjoying scenic strolls along the walking paths (which passes though Cap Lardier, Cap Taillat, Cap Camarat and the peninsula of Saint-Tropez)... You will also enjoy the magnificent beaches of Ramatuelle and Pampelonne, which can be reached via Saint-Tropez.

The house is functional and equipped. You can have your meals in different parts of the house: the indoor dining room, on the terrace, in the garden, beside the pool, etc...

There is a large stone masonry barbecue for meals with friends or family.

2 tennis courts, which are part of the property, are also available for your personal use.

For your comfort, the villa also has 3 televisions, a telephone and WiFi Internet access.

Splendide vue mer et terrasse magnifique

Maison très bien située au calme avec une terrasse très agréable et une vue magnifique sur Saint Tropez. Piscine chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner fin octobre! Nous étions 3 couples avec 3 enfants , la maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Il manquait juste une table assez grande pour manger tous à l’intérieur. Le seul problème reste l’humidité ressentie notamment dans 2 chambres malgré le traitement en cours des remontées capillaires

Madame Bernard, je vous remercie pour vos commentaires élogieux qui résument bien les atouts de notre maison familiale que nous entretenons et améliorons d'année en année avec toute la passion qui nous anime. Comme vous l'avez signalé, nous avons réparé récemment les dégâts causés par l'inondation subie par la région de Grimaud le 10 mars dernier (inondation reconnue en catastrophe naturelle). Il faudra encore attendre le mois de mars 2025 pour qu'il n'y ait plus aucune trace d'humidité et pour réparer les murs concernés, afin de redémarrer notre saison 2025. A ce sujet, nous vous avions contacté quelques semaines avant votre arrivée pour vous signaler ces anomalies et nous vous avions même proposé un remboursement intégral de votre location. Cependant, vous avez préféré maintenir votre réservation. Merci d'avoir pris soin de notre maison et pour votre confiance. Très cordialement, Bruno Neef de Sainval Propriétaire

Eine Infomappe vor Ort mit allen Informationen wäre hilfreich. Ein Teil des Gebäudes war leider von Schimmel befallen, so dass wir auch unter Geruchsbelästigung gelitten haben. Der Vermieter war immer telefonisch zu erreichen.

In der Tat wurde unsere Region sehr stark von starken Regenfällen betroffen und wir hatten ein punktuelles Feuchtigkeitsproblem, das seit Ihrer Abreise bereits behandelt wurde. Aus diesem Grund und um uns für diese Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen, haben wir Ihnen den Betrag von €420 zurückerstattet. Ich hoffe auch, dass Sie die neue 200m2 große Terrasse, den brandneuen Garten und den neuen Parkplatz genossen haben, die bei Ihrer Buchung nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt wurden, um sicher zu gehen, dass alles für Ihre Ankunft bereit war. Eine wunderschönes Haus mit Sicht aufs Meer

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch, das Swimmingpool auf 29 Grad beheizt und gross genug, Garten und der Grill sind einfach perfekt. Die Liegestühle sind solide und im perfekten Zustand, es gibt aber keine Sonnenschirme und keine Aussendusche. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist sehr grosszügig, es gibt Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen und Teller im Überfluss. Kühlschrank ist sehr gross und der Tiefkähler hat 3 Schubladen! Das Zimmer im Turm ist offen zum Badezimmer und die Dusche wird vom Zimmer aus betreten. Somit gibt es wenig Privatsphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Kein Fenster hatte Mückennetz, wir haben selber zwei Fenster damit ausgestattet. Für Hundebesitzer: Das ganze Grundstück ist von drei Seiten umzäunt aber nicht von der Strassenseite. Dort gibt es zwar viel Gebüsch und von allen Seiten ist der Garten nicht einsehbar aber ein Hund kann ohne Probleme auf die Strasse gehen. Das Swimmingpool hat eine Alarmanlage. Bei sehr windigem Wetter schaltet sie sich selber an, man muss einfach die Code wieder eingeben, bei allen Nachbarhäuser war das gleiche Geräusch zu hören. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer Verfügbar. Fazit - sehr empfehlenswert!!! Sandra & René

Une vue splendide que cela soit de la piscine, du salon de jardin , du coin repas. Belle maison moderne dans une résidence sécurisée haut de gamme. Bonne literie , très bien équipée, wifi . Au calme. Le barbecue en pierre a un grand charme . Nous étions 8 dont 4 ados . De la place pour tout le monde . Port Grimaud est charmant et à à peine 10 min , Ste Maxime a 15 min. Commerces proches . Attention voiture nécessaire . Une attention vous attend au frais pour bien commencer les vacances (merci) . Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

EXTRAORDINAIRE !

Même en cherchant bien, il est impossible de lui trouver le moindre défaut ! Rien ne manque ! Outre le fait d'avoir une vue imprenable sur le golfe de St Tropez, on profite d'une indépendance et d'une intimite totale ! Tout ce qui est proposé, aussi bien mobilier, équipement élerctro ménager, climatisation, télé, wifi....bref tout ce dont vous disposez est d'une excellente qualité ! Du reste, notre séjour a été fantastique et nous avons déjà loué pas mal de villas ( 62 et 64 ans !). Nous n'oublierons jamais ces vacances ! 👍 MERCI !

Belle villa avec grande piscine chauffée que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ainsi qu’une belle vue sur la baie de Saint Tropez. La villa est très bien équipée. Il ne manquait qu’un peu de linge de maison.

Charmante maison correspondant parfaitement à la description. Très fonctionnelle. Bien équipée. Piscine bien entretenue et propre. Nous étions 3 couples avec chacun son indépendance. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour passer un agréable séjour dans le golfe de Saint Tropez.

Bon séjour avec quelques points négatifs

La villa offre une vue plus que magnifique et les extérieurs sont le point fort de cette demeure. En ce qui concerne notre expérience, quelques petits désagréments : - absence de volets ou rideaux occultants - 4ème chambre inutilisable selon nous - mauvaise odeur importante dans une des SDB du bas durant tout le séjour - la climatisation n’est pas présente dans les pièces de vie mais cela ne nous a pas posé problème - le ménage à l’intérieur était à redire mais d’après le propriétaire les extérieurs ont demandé beaucoup de travail suite au incendies qui ont touché le golf Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, la villa présente de nombreux atouts notamment sa localisation.

Merci Madame Campione d'avoir mis en valeur la vue exceptionnelle dont jouit notre villa. Effectivement, à la suite des pénuries en matériaux, la pose des nouveaux volets a été retardée de 2 semaines. Nous en sommes désolés. Le problème d'odeur d'une des salles de bains a été réglé par le locataire suivant: visiblement, la grille du fond de la douche avait été déplacée. En ce qui concerne le ménage: dès réception de votre remarque, nous vous avons proposé un complément de ménage, gratuitement. Malheureusement, vous n'avez donné suite à notre proposition. Eu égard aux remarques très positives reçues de la part des autres locataires et à la fidélité de certains clients depuis plus de 20 ans, nous sommes convaincus que nos travaux de rénovation et le charme de notre villa contribuent à son succès. En 2022, toutes les chambres auront été rénovées et la piscine bénéficiera d'un système de chauffage par pompe à chaleur.

Une semaine à Grimaud

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Grimaud. La villa est très bien située, au calme sans vis à vis avec une jolie vue sur le Golfe de Saint Tropez. Très bien équipée (aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur avec une belle piscine, table de ping-pong salon et table de jardin) Location à recommander Sebastien et sa famille
