It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 807 is a double sized unit with 809 combined. Located at the Alexander (8th floor) is a one-of-a-kind apartment. 2000 square feet, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of a kind magnificent 30-foot balcony and direct ocean views. Extremely popular for bachelorette and bachelor groups. Master bedroom has a king and bonus twin bed. King can be separated to then have 3 twin beds in this room. Master bedroom also has its own in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination and a bonus second rain shower. 1 other bedroom has 2 queen double beds and 3 bedrooms each contain 2 single adult twin beds. Upon request, we can create a king bed utilizing 2 twins. The living room sofa also opens flat and can serve as a single bed or a rollaway can be provided. This expansive apartment sleeps up to 14 guests utilizing sofa or a folding bed. Infants that may utilize a porta crib or pack and play is not included in 14 count. Apartment has expansive living space and a full dining area, huge modern kitchen with second bonus refrigerator and a washer and dryer. Free WiFi.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
