Tucked up in the hills of Upper Moonridge, Northwoods Cabin is a three-level home surrounded by beautiful pine trees. It is located close to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and just a short drive to local restaurants, shops, and activities.

Park on a long, flat driveway and walk just four steps down to the entry. Pause to admire the two bears that are etched into a panel of glass in the front door. Northwoods Cabin is filled with nature and cabin decor.

Entering the home you will find a full-size bathroom immediately to your left. No one likes to do laundry while on vacation, but if the need should arise, you'll find a side-by-side washer and dryer in this bathroom's closet. The entry level of the home features wood flooring.

Continue down the hallway on the entry level to the open-plan living area. To your right, you'll find a recently remodeled kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a subway tile back splash, and a glittering granite counter top. The kitchen is spacious and is a wonderful place to create home-cooked meals. Other features of the kitchen include: gas range, microwave, coffee pot, and dishwasher.

Serve your meals at the six person wood dining table located adjacent to the kitchen. Kids will love the fun option of dining at the breakfast bar, which seats two.

The living area is spacious with two couches and two comfortable chairs. Relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a brick facade. The fireplace will fill the home with warmth and ambiance on chilly days. A ceiling fan will keep you cool on warm days. Watch your favorite movie or the latest sporting event on the flat-screen television with HDTV or enjoy challenging friends and family at the pool table. You may be in the mountains, but you'll easily be able to stay in touch with wifi and a Bose bluetooth speaker system. Use the telescope to get a closer look at the spectacular night sky. A sliding glass door from the living room gives you access to the deck. Enjoy views of nature and breathe in the fresh mountain air or enjoy your favortie meal on the propane barbecue.

The upper level has a loft living area with a couch and cozy chair. The loft has a bookcase filled with children's games and books. This area is sure to be popular with the young children in your group. Additional sleeping space can be found with the queen size sofa bed.

Northwoods Cabin is a great cabin for vacationeers who are seeking a nature retreat that is still close to all of the action.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
