Villa of 120m2, with private pool and quiet garden, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi (operator free)

 Outside your holiday home, a terrace with garden furniture and a terrace with a table.
A terrace is in the shade, the other in the sun.
You can enjoy breakfast and meals overlooking the pool. A barbecue is provided for this purpose.

The swimming pool measures 8mx4 meters. Adults have feet. Six sunbaths around the pool will make you appreciate the charm of the place.
The pool is equipped with a bubble box to keep the water temperature at night.
There is no vis-à-vis with the neighborhood, you will immediately feel at home, the villa is completely fenced by high walls.
The pool in this very quiet place is a highlight of my rental in this typical village where it is good to rest.

Interior:
The living room measures 50m2 with American kitchen. It gives access to the two outdoor terraces.
The kitchen area is fully equipped:
ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook.
The air conditioning is in the main room which consists of a table for 6 people, a sitting area with two sofas, a TV with Free channels, a DVD player. A baby high chair is also provided.

This house has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 in 140, one in 160. A cot umbrella is available. One of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower room.
The bathroom consists of a bath and a toilet.
However there is a second independent toilet in the sleeping area.

Finally a garage where you can get your vehicle and a parking space in front of the garage. A washing machine and a small yard to extend. Laundry.

This small village offers many services such as bakery, tobaccos, pharmacy, U market (with sale of a producer of seashells on Sunday morning!), butcher, grocer, snack bar, hairdresser, local walk on Tuesdays .. we even have tennis lessons just nearby and being at the end of the village a health trail in the middle of vineyards.
Pomerols village in the heart of the vineyards is famous for its cellar Hugues de Beauvignac.
It is located 20 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan beach, but also 30 minutes from Montpellier, Beziers, Sète.

Our region is full of treasures to visit as well as many water activities but also pedestrian.
