Amazing South Scottsdale Home, just finished a complete renovation on Property, including all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which have the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

Relax inside with this beautifully remodeled four bedroom three full bathroom house with private pool! There are 7 large screen TV in this house including 65" entertainment system in Family Room. The family room, kitchen and dining room are large and open for a great entertaining space. Home also has custom Game room with Pool Table and Separate Bar Area, tons of fun!! The backyard also features a large swimming pool, outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, Jacuzzi, corn hole game, and of course large screen TV!

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups. The bedroom layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom with Rain Shower; 43" TV and door to the pool.

2nd Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 43" TV

3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

Extra Sleeping: Pull out queen bed in Family Room and 65" TV

Pool Heat – Pricing varies based upon pool size *Need 48 hour advanced notice. Set to around 82 degrees*

• Early Check-In and Late Check Out (if available) - $200 each

• Pack & Play and Highchairs - $25 each

We came to the area for a week's vacation to visit family and take in some spring training baseball. This was a great house with all the amenities you could ask for, in a safe, convenient location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great outdoor area. We were close to the airport and in the middle of lots of activities. The host was very helpful and communicative without being pushy. I would greatly recommend staying here.

Dave was a great host. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. The house was very very clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, creamer, paper towels. The laundry room had detergent and pods if you wanted to wash clothes before leaving. The house is located not far from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home if traveling to Arizona.

Bachelorette Party 2025

My college roommate is saying I do next month and we held the bachelorette party in Scottsdale. This property stood out immediately on the website and EVERYTHING advertised was true! The owner Dave was super responsive, the pool was amazing, rooms and beds were very comfortable. The garage area had a pool table and there were plenty of pool floaties. 100% I recommend this property. Price was good, and the owner was very rapid in response to any questions we had. Early check in was granted, no problems entering or leaving property and the A/C kept us nice and cool in the hot Arizona sun. Very close to the airport and other happening spots in Scottsdale. 10 out of 10!

First, the good news! The owner/ manager is great at communication and answered all of my questions. The home was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, kitchen items, etc. A few members of my family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was a great house with space for everyone. The beds are really comfortable which makes a vacation all the better in my opinion. The only downside is that the photos made this house look bigger than it is and it needs some TLC/ maintenance. Overall a great stay!!

Why they chose this property

This property to be one of best options in Old Town Scottsdale. Newly remodeled with Amazing finishes. We are in Old Town Scottsdale and very close to restaurants, Bars, The Mall, Golf Courses, etc. About 4 Miles North and a quick 10 minute drive you will find the popular Fashion Square Mall for all of your shopping needs along with Old Town Scottsdale. There is the entertainment district in Old town with plenty of clubs (Whiskey Row, Bottled Blonde, Bevvy, Dakota.... Just to name a few.) Old town has plenty of restaurants to try. A few of our favorites are: Hula’s, Diego Pops, Chop Shop, Farm and Craft, Banderas, The Mission, Geisha a go go, Barrio Queen, Cowboy Ciao.... You really can’t go wrong. If you are in the mood for a casual drink but don’t want to hit the clubs we suggest, Scape Goat (beer and wine only), Counter Intuitive (specialty cocktails), Second Story and The Montauk (Also has a good food Menu.)

Getting around

PARKING
You have one/two slab parking spots in front of the house depending on the size of your care. The garage is not to be used for vehicles. Street parking is also safe and encouraged for any additional guests.

SCOTTSDALE TROLLEY/BUS
There are trolley stops very close to home (the bus stop is literally at the light post the left of the house.) with several different routes. We suggest that you look up the trolley routes and times for the most accurate information.

UBER/LIFT
Download the app! We use both Uber and Lift frequently. They are easy to use and usually have no problem finding the home.

LIMEBIKE
If you are feeling like a bike ride you can download this app. You may see several places where bright green bikes are parked. If you download this app you will have access to take these bikes to and from.

Easy access golf courses, Phoenix Open, and Talking Stick Casino. This home is located between the Cubs spring training field and the Diamond backs. Great central location!
