The villa 'Mi Amor' is located in the prestigious urbanization Alfamar, very quiet, small private pool (4m60 L 4m and 2m l) to refresh, jacuzzi and private sauna.
Only 5 minutes drive from the beach.
at the bottom of the urbanization at 500m (on foot or by car) a tennis court and a second swimming pool (open from the 1st of July).
all rooms are sea views, except the bathroom. A large terrace with south facing pool, suspended between sky and sea to enjoy the sun all day.
there are two bedrooms-the master bedroom with a large bed of 140, a large closet, the second bedroom with a sofa bed very comfortably plus a sofa bed in the lounge.
the comfortably furnished kitchen with refrigerator in freezer-dishwasher and induction hob.

A view to die for

A beautiful villa, situated on a hill overlooking the Med. Gorgeous views, sunsets and sunrises. Very peaceful. The perfect place for a tranquil rest.

Gorgeous property and location Everything in place as required A couple of minor issues, such as getting the cooker hob to work and finding the sauna buttons, but other than that wonderful villa and will have no objections staying here again

Très belle villa toute équipée, mobilier moderne et bien conçu. Très belle salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, cuisine bien équipée, tout était parfait. Un vrai petit paradis avec une terrasse ensoleillée à souhait, une petite piscine à débordement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie. Petite cerise sur le gâteau avec un espace Jacuzzi et sauna bien agencé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons certainement avec grand plaisir.

Good but should have been better

The property is in a very good location and the terrace and view of the coast between Salobreña and Almuñécar is spectacular unfortunately the villa itself is varied in terms of quality and amenities. Good Points 1. Light and airy and spotlessly clean 2. Good air con 3. Nice, well equipped kitchen Disappointing Points 1. The bathroom is tired and needs to be checked that it works and is better maintained 2. One of the bedrooms is located off the kitchen which is a little odd but at least it was air conditioned 3. Advertised as a property for 6: needs to be equipped for 6 - only 4 loungers, 4 outdoor seats, 4 inside seats, not enough cutlery or glasses 4. The jacuzzi and sauna are a nice to have but again need to be checked that they work 5. Everything on a ‘shoestring’ - was the first villa that didn’t even have salt and pepper All in all we had an OK holiday, but were left feeling it could have been better.
