About this property

2850 square feet of comfort and convenience all on one level for your family or group get together. Located in Coppell just north of DFW airport, our location is convenient to the big city life, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a full size queen bed. The two bedrooms in the back share a recently remodeled jack and jill bath with a stand up shower. The master bath has two separate sinks and vanities, an oversized tub, and separate shower. Spacious closets are located in each bedroom as well. The kitchen has double stainless steel ovens, an electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use. The family room has a 65 inch large screen television with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Three other bedrooms have televisions, and there is a small TV in the kitchen. WiFi is available throughout. For families, we have a small playroom (not pictured) with a trundle bed, a variety of kids toys and books. For those traveling with little ones, a full sized crib is located in the 4th bedroom, and a high chair is available in the kitchen. Outside, the covered patio offers a nice area to unwind or just relax any time of day. The pool is deep enough for diving, and a Weber charcoal grill is available. Our circle drive and extended driveway has ample room for up to 8 vehicles. Only 25 minutes from Dallas and about 35 minutes from Ft Worth, we are truly in the center of the metroplex. Should you choose to explore locally, check out the weekly Farmers Market on Saturdays, explore Old Town Coppell, shop and dine, or enjoy our parks and trails. We love it here and hope you will too.

Reunion

Returned to Dallas area after moving away to visit friends. Very convenient location. The house was comfortable. The plumbing needs attention as the master toilet especially kept stopping up.

Family Reunion

First time in 2 years to gather as a family. Perfect for children with a dedicated playroom and host even added a crib and high chair after my inquiry if available. Within walking distance of a small specialty grocery store and easy drive to larger grocery stores and restaurants. Also easy access to children entertainment..Legoland, Aquarium, Trampoline venue and even Chuck E Cheese. Two cousins(age 2 and 7) first visit and used the pool everyday. A great home with very helpful and friendly host.

As Described and More!

Just a perfect week bringing family together! We had our 3-year old grandchild with us who was enchanted by the playroom equipped with a teepee, books, toys, and play kitchen. We enjoyed the private pool and made use of it daily. Location was great— found good places for breakfast— “Local Diner” in Coppell, “Old West Cafe” in Grapevine. George’s cafe for coffee in Coppell. And a great dinner at Mi Cocina in Southlake. I am sure we will return!

The Family Gathering

The pool was a refreshing escape in the 90 degree weather. Grocery stores within walking distance. A nice quiet neighborhood. Quick responses with questions. An excellent VRBO for our family gathering.

I’m a retired elementary school teacher, married 35 years and a native Texan. We have three grown children who all live locally. As empty nesters we decided to share our home with folks who might want/need an alternative to a typical hotel stay. When we traveled with a family of 5 it was always a challenge to find a place that met our needs within our budget. Whatever your reason for coming to the DFW area, we welcome you and hope wherever you stay, it’s a good experience.

Why they chose this property

This is our personal residence, but since we own rental properties, we have the flexibility to rent it out for short term stays. We are always available by phone or text should you have questions. We grew up in the area and raised our family here, so it truly is our home.

What makes this property unique

Our home is all on one level and sits on a lot just under half an acre. The neighborhood has native trees on oversized lots and no sidewalks, so it’s a bit of a country feel in the suburbs, which we like. Each home in our neighborhood has a different personality so it’s definitely not a cookie cutter street. Shopping and dining are close by however, so getting what you need is easy. We are not far from highways and interstates. Whether you have your own car or prefer to call a service, you can get anywhere in the metroplex within a half hour or so, depending on traffic. Plenty of parking is available on the property either in our circle drive or along the side driveway.
