This lovely upscale home in Eastport is located in a small private cul-de-sac neighborhood and offers driveway parking for 4 cars. Only 5 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge. My Kimber Ridge home is decorated with care and has the charm of this historic town.

Two full-size refrigerators and two laundry rooms make this home an excellent choice. A dream kitchen for those who like to cook. Stocked with just about everything you would need - plus some spices for cooking!

The fenced-in backyard is great for families with young children. Our large deck has bench seating and patio furniture to help you enjoy outdoor dining. And don't forget the gas and charcoal grills! A Pack & Play, stroller, and highchair are an added benefit for young families.

Park your car in the driveway and walk to the heart of downtown Annapolis in less than 15 minutes - unless you stop on the Spa Creek bridge and enjoy the view of this great sailing community.

The host was nice and responsive. The house was very nice and clean. Heat and cooling worked well. And the location is just fantastic for walking everywhere. It was a great place to come as a family and go to one of our relatives wedding. The parking was very much a huge plus! Thats kind of why we were drawn to the place in the first place! We were driving from all over! Would def stay again! Thanks!

House is one of the best stocked homes we have ever rented. Lots of bath towels, cutlery, cups, glassware, plates, kitchen gadgets, tissues etc. Easy walk into historic Annapolis & restaurants in Eastport.

Great house for our group to walk around Eastport and downtown Annapolis. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Lots of beds, clean and a nice back yard with deck and seating area.

Such a beautiful location. Well appointed"home-away-from-home". Perfect location for walking into village centre. Great boating, restaurants and food nearby. ( Visit the Blackwall Hitch!) Helpful host.Thank you - really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home - great location!

The home was beautiful and roomy with plenty of space for our family. The ease of walking in to town was nice and there was plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked with many appliances and kitchen needs. Highly recommend!

Perfect family setting in East Port!

We were thrilled to have stayed over Christmas in this beautiful house with our family, including two young grandkids. The location was great, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, charming decorated home, very clean, wonderful fireplace, and nicely stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Communications with the owner, Pat, was stellar too.
