Our effective management of Paradise Greens limits rentals to 1 week or longer. Once you are here, you'll want to stay anyway. There is a natural, peaceful vibe here which is why we bought Desert Greens. And, we want to share this with you. The view is so peaceful and the feeling is so relaxed. Golfers playing through occasionally ask if you've seen a wayward shot. Often, a roadrunner visits in search of food or to relax under the large Spanish Broom bush in the back yard. After dark, out on the fairway, don't be surprised to hear a pack of coyotes howling! There are too many birds to list but falcons, sand hill cranes, geese and hawks are the larger ones - all visible from your patio chair (or the kitchen table bay window)!
This is the first golf course neighborhood built on the west side of the Rio Grande river around 1970. The streets are peaceful and beautiful as they curve to follow the golf course. Many residents walk, run or cycle around the area which, while in the middle of everything, feels off the beaten path. Cross Paradise Blvd. to miles of dessert paths in the Petroglyph National Monument and unbelievable views of the Albuquerque valley.
