Apartment 6 people - 5th floor (top floor no neighbor above or to the right) - with spacious terrace, not overlooked and facing directly opposite the pic du bure (south facing)

Living room with trundle bed for 2 people in living room. Cabin with 2 bunk beds. Spacious room with dressing room including 1 double bed this room can accommodate a young child (baby bed with mattress, baby chair and bathtub available in the dressing room)

Fully equipped kitchenette. Dishwasher, microwave, crepe maker party 6 places, electric coffee maker and tassimo coffee maker. Led TV included in the price. Internet access being installed in 3G wifi with domino.

Shops and slopes at 200 M. Opposite the new Sommarel chairlift.

retour sur séjour

Attente jusqu'à 17 h pour obtenir les clés de l'appartement. Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement, nous commençons à ramasser des chaussettes sales laissées par le locataire précédent, puis nous constatons que le ménage n'a pas été réalisé avant notre arrivée.... Le lendemain nous informons l'agence qui nous a remis les clés, sur l'état de saleté, et comme la meilleure défense c'est l'attaque, on nous répond que nous aurions du contacter l'agence dès notre arrivée... c'est donc nous les fautifs ??? L'agence nous explique que des agents seraient intervenus dans l'heure... ce dont nous doutons fortement, et puis même dans ce cas, nous aurions donc pris possession de l'appartement vers 19 h au mieux, ce qui ne correspond pas au contrat, et que faire pendant ce temps avec des enfants en bas age ?? Suite au passage de personnel d'entretien, la directrice de l'agence à d'ailleurs reconnu un manquement quant au contrôle de l'état de propreté de cet appartement. Dans l'appartement, différents désagrément : * couvercle du compartiment détergeant du lave-vaisselle ne fermant pas, * couettes tachées, * moisissures au mur à différents endroits, * fonctionnement aléatoire de la télé, pertes de signal de façon régulière (vue avec le technicien de l'agence, c'est un problème de liaison bien connu par lui...mais pas mentionné dans l'annonce !!) En conclusion, les prestations ne sont pas au niveau du prix demandé par le propriétaire.

Bien situé

Accès facile aux pistes et proche des commodités. Logement bien équipé, on apprécierez un peu plus de confort sur le canapé et le matelas de la chambre lit double. Appartement bien ensoleillé avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes.
