Lake House Retreat Steps From Lake Geneva ~ Abbey Springs Resort!

This home is all about location! It is the second home in the community just steps from the clubhouse, restaurants and lakefront. Vacation living doesn't get any better than this! A four-bedroom, three full-bath home plus den that sits on the 18th fairway of the golf course. Over 3,000 square feet (with more space in the lower level) there's room for everyone to gather or to spread out.

Other features of the home include two fireplaces, large deck with Weber gas grill, big garage, basement has combination pool table and ping pong. The home has two furnaces/AC for zoned heating/cooling. Handicap accessibility: One step at the front door. There is a den on the main floor with a pull-out queen sofa bed. First floor bath does have a tub/shower combination.

Abbey Springs features two pools (indoor and outdoor), an award-winning scenic golf course, three restaurants, fitness center, racquetball, tennis, Bocce ball, volleyball, basketball and private beach access to the lake.

The rental rate includes the fees payable to the Abbey Springs Association for access to all of their recreational amenities (except golf which has a separate green fee).

The home is located 1.5 miles from downtown Fontana and 8.5 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. In Fontana you can rent a speed boat or pontoon, parasail or hang out on the dock of Chuck's Lakeshore Inn and Gordy's Bar & Grill. Downtown Lake Geneva (15-20 minutes) is home to terrific restaurants and boutique shopping. There is also a public lake-shore path that you can access from the Abbey Springs private beach to enjoy the beautiful homes and lake views.

Great Stay!

Very spacious house for my group of 10! Amenities at Abbey Springs were excellent. The master bedroom bed is huge and it was very private location. Highly recommend!

Extended family get away

What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family (three-generations, including two toddlers) had everything we needed at this property. The house is spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Summer Stillness

What a great house in a great location! There is plenty of room for everyone to find their own space and chill out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. Just a wonderful place to rest and connect with your family. And our kids had a blast at the pool.

Large, comfortable home in a great location.

Golf Trip

Guys golf trip to Lake Geneva for a 3rd straight year. House was good size for 8 of us. Conveniently located near the Abbey Springs Resort amenities. House was clean and had all the necessary supplies for our 3 night stay. Nothing fancy, but decor fits in with the Wisconsin lake vibe. We would stay there again. Karl was easy to work with.

Perfect home in Abbey Springs!

Pristine Property, Very Well Managed

We had an excellent experience staying here. The house overall is well cared for, clean and very organized. We stayed with our young children--enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, beach, playground and restaurants. Karl was quite helpful with questions and prompt in his replies. Great Family Friendly Location

HOUSE Great layout and design of property for our family of nine. (6 adults and three young children) Plenty of room to spread-out or gather throughout the day. Some rooms recently redone.. Some areas in major need of updates ( master bedroom and ensuite as an example) Kitchen could use refreshing and knobs/pulls on doors would be helpful Bedsheets and towels etc. are all in need of replacement. (Clean just near end of life). COMPLEX Facilities ( Pool both outdoor and indoor) and Cafe were excellent and very close to the house. Golf course was closed for renovation so can't give review on that part of the complex. Playground etc. at the Lake were excellent, but please know that you CAN NOT park there with visitor pass so you will need to drop off any large loads or visitors with limited mobility and walk from the house.

Great house for buddy golf trip

Group of friends stayed here for a golf trip. The house was exactly as shown with plenty of sleeping options and good amenities. Very clean and fun basement with pool/ping pong table and air hockey. Host was very responsive and helped give good advice on places to eat/things to do. Would definitely stay again.

Great home in the perfect location

This rental was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay with any questions we had. The home was larger than I expected from the pictures. There was room to spare even with our group of 8. There was easy access to the Lake Geneva area and this location had plenty of amenities! Will definitely book again in the future for the Lake Geneva area!
