Check-in process was very easy. House was very clean and perfect for our family. The house is close to downtown and main areas of town. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
Fabulous family home. Felt very welcoming and comfortable. Great location for Coeur D’Alene Lake and enjoyed one of the lake cruises. Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes away and is a great family experience. Plenty of local amenities to enjoy and relax.
Properly was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and well stocked for all our needs. Her attention to detail throughout the house made it a comfortable home away from home for our family of 4 while visiting Silverwood. Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful little cabin, nestled deep in the trees. About 7 miles from town, but worth the drive if you want peace and quiet and zero crowds. My dog loved smelling and exploring the lush green grounds. Very rustic but Gabriela has thought of everything, including a box fan for those of us who need white noise to sleep!
It was really nice. It snowed the whole visit, but so beautiful. It was more of a staycation which was great. Movies, rest, good food and great company.
We loved everything about this house! It was clean, close to everything and had plenty of space for my fiancé’s daughter to run around and play. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!
We stayed for a little over 2 weeks after travelling cross country. We ended up arriving a day early & were able to check in a day early, saving us from the sketchy hotel we were considering! The host was very accessible & responded to our changing needs quickly. There was a nice big yard for our dogs to play in & the house is centrally located to get everywhere we needed. Neighborhood was quiet & friendly…we even bought Girl Scout cookies from one neighbor & homemade bagels from another with a table out front!
The place is decorated in a fresh and cozy style, easy to feel like a home away from home! The yard is so pleasant to sit in, including at night with the twinkle lights that are set up. The open living area with the kitchen, dining and couch/tv area is lovely and open with a higher ceiling, (hard to get the full sense of the openness in the listing photos alone). Cooking in the kitchen was easy and we had all the tools we needed. All of us also really enjoyed how comfy the beds were, I think with extra foam padding, had great sleep! Overall the place was very clean and well kept. If we need a place to stay in the area in the future, will definitely book again!

Terrific 3 Bedroom House in Coeur d'Alene, ID
I stayed in this three bedroom house with two of my buddies on a "guys" ski trip to northern Idaho (our wives no longer wish to ski). The house was immaculately clean and very well furnished, both in the kitchen (lots of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc.) and in the bathrooms (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc.). The house is fairly small, but the three bedrooms were roomy enough and the beds were very comfortable. There were even flannel sheets on the beds (good for mid-winter in northern ID). The kitchen, living room and dining area appear to have been recently redone, so even though the house is not too big, the interior has an upscale fee to it. We did not use the back deck or yard because of the snow, but they appear to be very nice and the property appears to be very attractively landscaped (hard to tell for sure with the blanket of snow). The house also has an attached garage which was not mentioned in the VRBO ad as an amenity for the property, but is certainly an added plus, especially in winter. The owner (Diane) gave us an automatic opener for the garage door. The home is set in a nice, middle class neighborhood, very quiet. We were very well pleased with our rental and I found Diane (the owner) to be very responsive to all of my questions.
We enjoyed this house! I was traveling with my elderly parents and it has the same Lay out as their house, so it was very helpful! The host was awesome and had all essentials for bathing and anything we needed. The house is very well stocked!
This is an amazing house! Diane, the owner, was a joy to work with and everything was seamless. The home is so comfortable! Everything we needed was right there. We stayed for a week and had local family visit with us. From game nights, movie nights and Christmas dinner… It felt like we were home. Highly recommend!
This visit was our second time to stay at this lovely house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the back yard is gorgeous and perfect for having a few friends over or just handing out there with your spouse. Everything about the house is cozy and comfy and it's set up with everything you could need.
Diane is the best host and will go out of her way to accommodate you. I can't say enough about this house because I absolutely love it!
Second stay at this home. Property was clean and beautiful and the yard was large, secure and perfect for our dogs. Accommodations were very comfortable. Anything we needed or wanted Diane made sure we had it. Diane was wonderful to work with.
We loved this property! The backyard was excellent for hanging out with family and the dogs. The a/c was a life saver during the heat wave. Great home base for the family to support our daughter doing the Ironman. Would definitely stay here again!
An amazing property that makes you feel right at home. Diane made understanding everything you need to know so simple. Close enough for anything you are doing in the tri city area. Spokane, Post Falls & CDA.

About the host

Grew up in north Idaho all my life, love the outdoors, and the beauty of this area!
Why they chose this property
I chose to use my house as a rental to help provide an opportunity to stay home with my disabled child and live and take care of my elderly parents in their home. This enables me to be able to share the beauty of this area that I still live in.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful views of Candfield mountain, I have a fenced back yard with 14 trees around, crab apple, cherry, apple, mountain ash berries, blue spruce pine and maple trees that surround the back yard. Great for family get togethers, and our furry pets!
