About this property

The Beeliner is a newly remodeled townhouse-style condo. Directly across from the beach with deeded beach access a few steps away. You truly do NOT need a vehicle to get around. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Not to mention the beautiful white beaches a few steps across Beach Blvd. Nearby you will find bike and scooter rentals, a water park, outlet shopping, golf, all within minutes of the Beeliner. If you arrive by car there is covered parking beneath the unit with room for 4 vehicles! The unit itself is above the assigned parking spots. Inside the unit you will enter through a digital secure lock, no keys to lose. You pick your own 4 digit access code. As you enter you will see the unit is tastefully decorated with new furniture. The fully equipped galley kitchen has new appliances. Unit comes with WIFI. Take some time to soak in the pool or brush up on your grilling skills at one of the 2 large barbecue’s.

On the main level is the living room/dining area with 42" tv with extended cable, bar, 1/2 bath, kitchen with full size pantry, and a mud room with washer/dryer and bonus 2nd full size refrigerator!

Upstairs are the bedrooms and 2 full baths with shower and shower/tub. Large master with walk in closet and 1/2 bath, queen size bed and folding hideaway bed, 32" tv with cable. 2nd bedroom has twin and full size bunk beds plus trundle , reach in closet and 24" tv with dvd. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with 32" tv with cable, reach in closet and a balcony.

Nice location

The condo was in a nice location. Not too close to all the happenings a few blocks away but close enough. Quick question walk to everything. The nice gentleman who cleans the pool gave us a great putt putt recommendation. Would recommend to anyone.

Family Get Away

This was a family get away to the ocean. The Beeliner was a very cozy place for all 8 of us. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nice pool, clean and great to be able to do laundry and dry all the towels and swimsuits. Tons of towels and bedding. Only thing missing was enough cups for everyone. There was only a set of 4 but plenty of wine glasses. It was a bit confusing when we got there for the WiFi and the door as there are two doors and the code works only on one of them. Daniel was quick to respond to us and get us settled in. Overall, the place was great and would stay again if in Gulf Shores.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Gulf Shores every year for 20 years and finally decided, why not own a piece of the gulf? We found this little gem that needed some serious TLC and decided to make the investment. The convenience to everything in Gulf Shores and the walkability of the property hooked us although a lot of work was needed to get the unit ready. Once we finished phase I of the remodel (current condition) we knew we made the right choice.
