Located on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator) of the residence "Les Bergers", this apartment is completely renovated and very quiet.

LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN: electric hotplate, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster ..., two sofas (not convertible), television, balcony
BEDROOM 1: a bed of 140 cm, storage
BEDROOM 2: 2 bunk beds of 90 cm, storage
SDB: 1 sink, 1 shower, cupboards
Separate WC
LOCAL SKI private ground floor
Toboggan run and rugs (new 2016) at the foot of the building.
Shops, restaurants, ski school, skating rink etc .... less than 200 meters!
Enjoy the views of the Needles of Arves from the south facing balcony.
