In addition to 2 brand new televisions with DVD player and ROKU streaming devices, we also keep a portable pack-n-play crib, stroller, toys, books, board games, fishing poles, beach wagon, a child-size bike with training wheels, helmets and a bike trailer. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden courtyard while listening to the babbling water feature and soak up some sun in the large, newly landscaped yard and pool deck. Use the brand new grill and patio furniture to dine al fresco. Nestled on the canal with direct access to the intercoastal waterway, it's the perfect place to fish, enjoy water sports, walk across the street to the beach (takes about 5 minutes for us with our small children), or stroll or bike to the Siesta Key Village. Feel free to use the beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrella and coolers. After a fun day at the beach, use the private outdoor shower to wash off the sand.
