Extraordinary week

We had a blissful stay with friends and family at Le Chat in September 2016. The property, with a garden and an olive grove, is beautiful and amazingly quiet. The house itself is large and comfortable and the indoor and outdoor dining areas and the pool are just fantastic. The owners are so helpful before and during the trip, with lots of tips about what to do and answers to all of your questions. They provide a number of booklets in the house's front hall, and we made good use of the one that showed local hikes. Sylvie, the on-site (lower level apartment) person who prepares the house for your stay and takes care of the laundering of all sheets and towels after your stay, is unobtrusive. She's such a nice woman, and is there when you need her, and not there when you don't. When we arrived, there was a bottle of local wine and fresh veggies for the garden on the kitchen table. The entire house was clean and well-maintained. We had also asked that Sylvie purchase some basics, and there they were, in the fridge. Our beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern, and the house decor is charming. It is a great house for three or four couples and also for groups. The kids' room puts all the children together in one big room that includes a bunk bed. We loved being in a part of France that is remote, with few obvious tourists, yet within an hour to 1 hour 15 minutes of historic centers, such as Arles and Avignon. The experience was truly local and we loved it, including buying goat cheese from the farm that lay just below us. We also took walks/hikes, two of which ended in small, medieval towns that were fun to wander through. The nearby town of Hippolyte is where we did our food shopping. It had a great boulangerie and two supermarkets, one of which had quite a bit of local fruits/veggies, meats, chickens, cheeses, wines. Hippolyte also has some very good dining options. My only suggestion would be to provide fans. It got cool at night, and a breeze from a fan would have been very pleasant. That's just quibble though, for this was a dream vacation.

Nous avons séjourné en famille (16 personnes )et chacun a trouvé sa place dans cette belle maison où rien ne manque L accueil d’Arlette fut parfait et Sylvie nous a préparé 2 bons repas Le cadre magnifique offre de jolies randos et la piscine a fait la joie de tous Authenticité, repos serenite ont été au rendez-vous Merci au propriétaire de veiller au fonctionnement de cette maison familiale

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Abseits des Dorfes in einem riesigen Gelände gelegen, ein altes Haus mit Charakter, wunderbar ruhig, sehr herzlicher, offener und aufmerksamer Empfang und Kontakt in allen drei Wochen, Pool ist uneinsehbar und wird gepflegt, Küche bietet alles was man als Familie benötigt, alle Arten von Betten auf mehreren Etagen, mehrere Terrassen, wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel erspart einem das Waschen und Putzen. Das Häuschen im Erdgeschoss auf der Hauptterrasse kann separat genutzt werden für zwei Personen, Bad inclusive, auf gleicher Ebene hat es im Haus noch eine Art Appartement mit Küche für 2-3 Personen, ebenfalls mit eigenem Bad. Jeder kann sich verkrümeln und zur Ruhe finden, die Terrassen laden zum gemeinsamen Sitzen ein. Monoblet liegt am Rand der Cevennen, so daß man von dort aus sowohl Zugang zur Provence und ans Meer hat, wie auch nah an den Attraktionen der Cevennen ist. Wir würden sehr gerne dort noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Incroyable séjour dans un lieu parfait

Nous sommes venus avec un groupe de 16 personnes et nous avons adoré notre séjour. La propriété est très calme et très belle, la maison est très agréable et a tout ce qu'il faut et la piscine est absolument merveilleuse entre la grande terrasse et la vue. Les environs sont superbes avec de magnifiques balades. Nous reviendrons !

Superbe endroit

Avec nos 3 familles, enfants et ados, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Chat. La maison très fonctionnelle et équipée ainsi que le Domaine sont magnifiques. Coup de cœur pour la piscine. Un très grand merci au propriétaire Olivier, à Sylvie et à Jacques le jardinier chasseur pour leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’accueil. Nous pensons revenir.

Impeccable !

Séjourner au domaine du chat a été un vrai régal. Tout est prévu pour vivre un séjour en toute quiétude : fond de cuisine, fournitures diverses et équipements conséquents. Un superbe environnement qui permet de décrocher rapidement du quotidien. À faire absolument !

Tout a été parfait

Nous avons l'habitude depuis plusieurs années de nous retrouver à l'occasion du week end de Pentecote. Nous avons occupés plusieurs hébergements dans différentes régions de France. Chacun d'eux avaient leur point faible: qualité de l'accueil, environnement tristounet, manque déquipement, post facturation de l'énergie ... Monoblet est tout le contraire, environnement paradisiaque, bel accueil, magnifique demeure rien ne manque à tel point que l'on se sent trés vite "chez soi". C'est trés dur d'en repartir..

Magnifique propriété très bien entretenue

Amoureux de la campagne, de la tranquillité et des maisons de caractère, nous avons trouvé la perle rare pour notre séjour familial. Tout était parfait! La description et les indications sur la maison sont tout a fait conformes...notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu profiter de cette belle piscine, à nous de revenir durant l'été! Très agréable séjour!

Un lieu magique !

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêves au domaine du Chat. La maison est particulièrement spacieuse et agréable à vivre, même à nombreux. Elle est très bien équipée et très propre. Sylvie, la gardienne, a été très prévenante et nous nous sommes régalés des légumes du potager grâce aux conseils de Jacques, le jardinier. Les propriétaires toujours attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce séjour entre amis dans un cadre vraiment superbe. On reviendra !

Un coin de Paradis.....

Mas offrant de belles pièces à vivre , très spacieuses , confortables et très propres . Nous nous sommes régalés , le bruit doux de la fontaine et des oiseaux nous berçaient et nous faisaient oublier l'agitation de nos grandes villes !!! Nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce lieu !!! Sylvie la gardienne était à nos petits soins . Les propriétaires ont toujours gardé le lien même à distance avec nous en s'inquiétant de savoir si tout se passait bien . Bref nous étions cocoonés !! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour qui a réuni une grande famille dans un lieu propice à la détente et aux rires .....Un grand merci , on recommande cette demeure à tous ceux qui ont besoin de calme et de repos pour se ressourcer . séjour formidable

La Mas est magnifique, très bien entretenu dans un cadre verdoyant au calme. Nous y avons séjourné pour un week-end de 3 jours à 14 personnes. Sylvie la gardienne est serviable et très discrète, Olivier le propriétaire a été à l'écoute et arrangeant. nous recommandons ce lieux à tout le monde.

Séjour inoubliable

Le cadre au Chat vous éblouie tout d'abord par sa beauté et la maison vous charme ensuite par sa quiétude et son atmosphère chaleureuse. Un paradis pour les amateurs de chants d'oiseaux. Les ballades à pieds de la maison sont nombreuses et la vue des collines à couper le souffle. Un grand moment

Nous avons passé 5 jours au Chat pour le jour de l'an. Le séjour a été splendide. Pour commencer, la maison est magnifique, pleine de meubles authentiques, pratique à vivre, spacieuse (nous étions 9 et n'avons pas eu l'impression de nous marcher dessus) et très propre. Je vous conseille la chambre du haut, celle avec le grand bureau, surtout si vous avez des envies d'écriture... Le salon nous a permis de prendre de grands apéros et de passer du temps, lové dans les canapés. La cuisine est conviviale et pratique. Nous y retrouver et y prendre nos petits-déjeuners était un excellent moyen de commencer la journée. Ensuite le cadre est incroyable. Le Chat est en pleine campagne, entourée de collines qui appartiennent à la maison et dans laquelle nous nous sommes promenés. Il y a de quoi faire de belles ballades tout autour. La rivière qui traverse la propriété est très agréable. Enfin, Sylvie, qui est la personne sur place et qui s'occupe de la maison a tout facilité. Elle a été à la fois très discrète et très aidante dès que nous avions une question ou besoin de quelque chose. Pour terminer, nous n'avons qu'une hâte, c'est d'y revenir en plein été pour profiter plus largement des extérieurs et de la piscine ! Nous avons fait le marché à 10 minutes en voiture, à Saint-hyppolite du Fort et sinon nous sommes allés à pied dans le village, à Monoblet où il y a moyen aussi de faire des courses. Les contacts avec Cécile et Olivier pour louer la maison ont été en plus très sympathiques et très faciles ! des hôtes à l'image de leur maison ! :) Laurent
