Gîte l'Atelier du moulin, in the Royal Eure valley

The Atelier du Moulin gîte welcomes you all year round in modern comfort.
Located right in the center of the medieval village of Nogent le Roi,
it combines the convenience of the center, shops on foot 100 meters away,
tranquility, located in a dead end far from traffic,
the picturesque, on the canal at the level of the small dam,
idleness and relaxation, small enclosed plot of 200 m2,
possibility of angling from the house or the ground.
The house is completely renovated and insulated.

You can enjoy the heritage of the Eure valley, Castles, churches, Royal Chapel of Dreux, Chartres Cathedral ... Paris .... Many walks or bike rides are possible from the cottage. The Nogent swimming pool with its slide is open all summer is 5 minutes walk from the house.
For horse riding enthusiasts, many studs offer babysitting or rides.
You can plan to visit Paris, its monuments, its museums, its shopping,
or that of Versailles or Rambouillet, their forest, their castle, their sheepfold,
A quick tour of Ecluzelles and its nautical center, swimming, canoeing, sailing ...

Fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hob,

Living-dining room equipped for 4 people,
sofa, armchairs, television, DVD + player, wifi,
loan of 45 DVDs,

On the 1st floor:
A bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe,
A bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Bathroom with bath and toilet.

Place for the car.
Garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasols, electric barbecue.

Linen kit:
On request, possibility to rent bed linen (10 € per person)
and toiletries (6 € per person, 1 bath towel,
1 towel and 2 gloves)
Any rental of a linen kit includes 2 tea towels.

Loan of cot and high chair for baby (bring sheets)
Possibility of cleaning package at end of stay, (on request 60 €).
Provide a deposit check of 800 euros and a household deposit check of 150 euros, given on arrival to the owner and returned no later than 8 days after departure.
