Great location. Front gate always had a very long line - into the street long- and the processGetting through the gate was very slow - 20 mins sometimes (2 x). Also, we had 6 ladies for 4 nites - out all day til early eve & dinner out 2 nites- and we ran out of toilet paper. But house was gorgeous.

Family vacation

We had a long overdue family vacation and loved the pool and hot tub at this house. The casita and the house layout worked great for us to hang out, relax and prepare meals. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful house and pool

We came to stay for the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament and this beautiful home was the perfect location! Amazing backyard and pool to relax in after a day at the fields. Wonderful home!

Long weekend getaway

Property was just as described and VERY clean. Well appointed, kitchen nicely stocked, nice area and pool/backyard was perfect and where we spent most of our time! All the beds were comfortable except the room with the two twins - mattresses were a little thin for our teens but other than that, the house was great and just the weekend we needed and thoroughly enjoyed! Property manager was very responsive leading up and during our trip! We would love to go back!

Comfortable Golf Resort Home

This home is like new -- recently renovated and professionally decorated. It is beautiful, with comfortable, new furnishings and fresh new linens. The back pool/spa area was like an extension of the house, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying this private area. The home has three bedrooms plus a casita, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our friends/family group. We would rent this property again.

Paradise in Indio

This property has it all. Beautiful pool, easy on and off hot tub, and every amenity you could want in a vacation home. Televisions in each bedroom and living room, games, water toys, well stocked kitchen, with pots, pans, and all cooking needs met. The place was clean, and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing such a lovely home. Nice quiet street and we enjoyed watching the golfers tee off behind the house.

Ryan and Cynthia have a beautiful,quiet and relaxing home located in a gated community.There is absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen for your stay. The grounds are beautiful with landscaping,pool,hottub and Casita. Everything is very well maintained. Yvonne from the concierge service is amazing and was very helpful with booking my reservation and any questions I had during my stay. I will recommend this home to everyone. Loved everything about it! Will definitely be back and will book no where else.

Beautiful place

This is a lovely place. The living spaces worked very well for our family. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating so you can almost always find a spot in the shade. Be aware that the twin bedroom is extremely small, really too small for two adults. It has no room for suitcases, for example. One other small item: we were there in June, so the pool was a bit cool as it was not heated. That would have been alright if we had had access to the spa. Unfortunately, the only way to turn on the spa was to reach out to the property manager so she could turn it on remotely. It typically took her at least two hours to get back to us, which ended up being too late.

A Hidden Gem

While I've been to Palm Springs, Palm Desert and the other desert cities multiple times in my life, I don't remember ever visiting and definitely never stayed in Indio. I was here for my annual desert trip with my family and, as always, wanted a place with a pool and spa. After my original VRBO reservation in Palm Desert got bumped by the owners (two months after having made the rez and one month before the arrival date - go figure), I found Ryan & Cynthia's property in Indio. Things have a way of working out. I was thrilled with this home. It's large, really well-appointed and has a completely separate casita. Our concierge Yvonne made the whole process seamless. It's really a small compound and I hope it's available for our outing next year. You will love this!

Summer Getaway

My family booked this trip because our previous two vacation plans had been canceled (thanks, COVID). Let me start by sharing upfront that we do not like hot weather! But, it's been a few years since we've visited the area, so we decided to bear the desert sun and try it. The amenities, photos, and great reviews attracted us to this property. The COVID precautions and related waivers and paperwork were intimidating, but we understand why they are in place. The check-in process was a breeze, and the property manager was very responsive. When we arrived and entered the home, we were not disappointed. The home was beautiful and spotless. Our younger kids loved having their own rooms, and the detached casita was a nice retreat for our 17-year-old. The kitchen had many amenities, and after a quick trip to Trader Joes, we felt well-stocked for the week. Loved the open floorplan. It was great to be able to relax in the large family room and play games, puzzle, and watch movies as a family. Despite being HOT (one day it hit 118), the air conditioning was ICE cold. The crown jewel of this home is the pool. Although not very big, it was well designed and perfect for our family of 5. We spent a good amount of time in the pool, and it was very refreshing on those HOT days. The main gate was the only ingress/egress point for guests. Sometimes, a line backed up at the main gate, and it took upwards of 15 minutes to get into the community. This typically happened in the evening. It'd be nice to have a transponder in the home for guests to access the community via one of the other gates. If you are not familiar with the area, Indio is FAR out in the desert. It's a good 30 minutes from Palm Springs. I think the communities of Palm Desert, Indian Wells, or La Quinta are more centrally located and more beautiful. However, if you are looking for a beautiful home with a great pool and you plan to hunker down there, this is a great option.

Coachella Weekend with Freinds

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is about a 30–50 minute walk to the Coachella grounds, depending on which exit you get out from the festival. The host was great—very quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing during the day. The beds were comfy. Overall, a great place to crash for the weekend!

House in Indian Palms

The house is very spacious and very homey with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was awesome for swimming and hanging out. Everything was well stocked. Would definitely rent from them again.

BNP Trip

House was very comfortable and clean, the pool and outdoor living area was wonderful for relaxing after a hot day of tennis. Location was great since we were here for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. Also the separate caseda worked well for our group of ladies. We were hardly at the house, but it did appear the neighbors did not like that the home was being rented as a VRBO, they made some rude comments about it we heard as we were getting into our car. But overall we really enjoyed our stay at the home and hope to make this annual trip for our tennis group.

Lovely, Comfortable Home

This property was perfect for three couples. Plenty of space, gorgeous pool and spa/hot tub, large, modern, very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Plenty of comfortable patio furniture with room for everyone to "spread out". Located in a lovely area of Indian Palms County Club(on the golf course) yet very private. Thoughtfully, attractively, and comfortably furnished. Excellent, prompt communication with rental agent. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfectly perfect!

Stayed for a few days during an event at the polo grounds. Easy to walk. Quiet, felt secluded. Two adults, 4 young adults, and 2 teens. It was a perfect stay. House is well appointed. An easy place to stay! Kids didn’t even want to leave at night, backyard was a haven. Bonus for mom, a lovely road runner stopped in to say hi.

Thanksgiving Stay

Lovely house with plenty of space for a family of five to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, which was great for hosting Thanksgiving. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Overall, the property was great with ample parking and located in a quiet neighborhood.
