Charming house ideally situated

All essentials are there, good quality fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, television, coffee machine, garden, terrace... Close to the beach and to excellent shops and restaurants. We had a smashing time. But the house could use some maintenance...

L'intérieur est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La situation de la maison est idéale: près de la mer, la plage, le port, des excellents magasins et restaurants pour vous nourrir, mais aussi dans un endroit calme et plutôt résidentiel.

Maison fonctionnelle, très bien située dans le quartier de Tréboul, non loin des plages et du port animé. Les échanges avant et pendant le séjour furent fluides. Nous recommandons.

Très proche de la plage et des bons magasins et restaurants. Tout le confort nécessaire: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge... Mais le canapé et le lit pourraient être remplacés.

Très bon séjour en famille !

Belle petite maison bien située dans le "triangle d'or". Proche plage, mer, et commerces et dans une rue calme. Facile se de garer à proximité. Accueil sympathique. La maison est bien équipée et agréable. Petit jardin et terrasse. Point d'amélioration, le ménage à l'arrivée. Le reste etait parfait, notre séjour a été très réussi, merci aux hotes.

Location située à 10 minutes à pied de la plage Saint-Jean et du port de Tréboul (agréable marché) dans une rue très calme. 2 chambres cocconing très agréables au 1er étage. Salle d'eau fonctionnelle avec WC avec vue mer (à mi-chemin de l'escalier). Terrasse agréable avec vue mer également et mobiliers de jardin. Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle. Buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge très appréciés. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil et la disponibilité pendant le séjour. A louer sans hésiter !

Bon emplacement

Malgré un accueil sympathique et un départ en toute confiance , les toiles d'araignées avec leurs habitantes nous ont dérangées. L'odeur très prenante d'humidité était très désagréable, je sais que le mois de janvier est humide mais il y a un réel problème d'isolation car le papier sur les murs se décolle. Petite maison certainement beaucoup plus sympathique à louer en été car très bien située

Charmante, très agréable et confortable, la maison est , en plus, idéalement située à quelques minutes de marche du sentier littoral et du port. Terrasse et joli jardin à l'arrière, au calme. Echanges fluides et accueil très agréable et sympathique par Fabienne qui reste disponible pour toute demande... Parfait, nous avons hâte de revenir!

Après une arrivée compliquée, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est bien placée, à 40 min de la pointe du Raz, 50 min de Concarneau, 1h de Brest. Idéal pour un séjour d'une semaine.

Parfait emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison très bien équipée. Le jardin est un + indéniable. On peut tout faire à pied, port de Plaisance, les plages, école de voile, thalasso, le marché... Le quartier est calme et permet de bien profiter de tous les avantages de Tréboul. Une buanderie à l'extérieur avec machine à laver et sèche linge ce qui est très appréciable selon les aléas de la météo. Le four ne fonctionnait pas mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin !

Schöner Urlaub in Treboul

Sehr netter Empfang von Fabienne. Leider konnte sie nur Französisch, aber Google Übersetzer half. Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet aber alles da was man braucht. Das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack leider zu hart und schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, zum Jachthafen 10 Minuten ungefähr. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch Luft nach oben, es waren doch einige Spinnweben an der Decke oder in den Ecken.... Auch die Mauer neben der Terrasse müsste mal renoviert werden. Leider auch kein Internet. Insgesamt ist das Haus aber durchaus zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Gemütliches Haus mit Garten in einem ruhige aber zentrale Lage.

Großes Haus mit alle notwendige Hausgeräte. Es fehlt nur eine Internet-Zugang da das Mobilfunksignale schlecht ist. Nur 10 Minuten zum Marina mit diverse Restaurants. Super Urlaub gehabt!
