We would like to share our newly renovated vacation homes with you. Please come and enjoy new furnishings, appliances, large flat screen TVs, beds, kitchen wares, decks, and bikes. We continually update our furniture and amenities and are ready for your arrival. Come experience top of the line kitchen wares and the best Memory Foam mattresses. We spared no expenses! See our pictures!

The townhome is located in a secured gated community, a short 1-block walk to the beach and just a few steps to the community pool. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. All beds have High Quality Memory Foam mattresses. The living/dining space has a 55 inch TV. Each bedroom has its own TV. All TVs are equipped with wi-fi connected Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix for your entertainment pleasures.

We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, lotion, a few bottles of water, coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, dishwashing pods and detergent pods for your laundry. We provide basic ingredients like salt, pepper and cooking oil. You will love the Rachel Ray pots/pans, blender, food processor, coffee maker and toaster oven. Our kitchen is loaded with wares for your cooking needs. We have 2 bikes, 1
beach wagon, 1 Weber grill, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, picnic basket and blanket.

We think you will enjoy all the amenities that we have to offer. We are available and accessible if you have any questions by phone, text or email. We are an accommodating and family friendly community. Come and see our beautifully renovated place. We are eager to host you, your family and your guests!

* Upstairs Master Bedroom has 1 King bed and 1 Twin bed.
* Upstairs 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Futon that converts to a Full Bed.
* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed. This room opens to a deck.
* All bedrooms come with Memory Foam mattresses. Each room has a flat screen TV and a bathroom.
* Washer and Dryer are in downstairs bathroom.
* Living/Dining Area has a 55” Smart, flat screen TV. We have unlimited HULU and Netflix.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, Rachel Ray pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, processor, Keurig coffee machine, can opener, baking trays, etc.
* The pool is just a few steps away from the townhouse.
* The beach is a short stroll from the townhouse.

***Note: NO Trailer Parking is available. There is a 5 MPH speed limit that is strictly enforced inside the community gates. Bikes must be walked within the complex. The gate is right by the condo.***

Great weekend stay

Family vacation

My husband and I took a much needed vacation with my sister and brother. The property was as described and located in a centralized location. It was perfect for our group but wouldn't recommend if have difficulty with stairs but there is a downstairs bedroom and bath. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this condo for three nights with 2 other couples. All had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Vicky is very prompt with replies although we didn’t have any issues other than where to park but, it all worked out. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Very clean unit with all the essentials including portable chairs, wagon, shampoo dish soap dishwasher detergent laundry detergent. The owner thought it everything even down to a power strip on the night stand for your electronics! And she was so easy to communicate with! Our only issue was one of the neighbors who took it upon herself to patrol the parking lot for possible violations!!! But this has no reflection on the owner and if needed we would stay at this unit again!!

Our experience

The property was exactly as advertised except the back porch was not usable. It was going to be repaired the following week since there was no booking that week. The only other issue was that the washing machine wouldn’t spin, but we didn’t have anyone to fix it while we were there. I advised them of the issue the day we left. It was a nice quiet neighborhood really close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Good property for a family trip

We stayed here for a family vacation (me and my husband, 4 adult children with one spouse, 2 grand kids under 3)The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The floors were dirty and my grand child’s feet were black after running around for a few hours. The kitchen was stocked with an excellent assortment of dishing including decent knives, a small crock pot, and a food processor. The walk to the beach was as described. The wagon and beach chairs were convenient. Only one bicycle was there when we arrived therefore I reached out to the property manager to attempt to get another one because no one wants to bike alone. we never got another one so this one was useless. As other reviews have stated, the couch and loveseat are smaller than they appear in photos and quite uncomfortable. For the small space they are in tho, idk if they could have done more seating. It’s inconvenient to only learn that only 5 people are allowed at the pool at a time. This should be disclosed in the listing imo. The back deck is a safety hazard. It’s is falling apart, the fence has fallen down on the side, and the AC is there so it is very hot. My husband almost fell through the deck multiple while using the grill due to the rotten deck boards. All in all, my family had a very good stay here.We recommend some local places including Escape This Escape Room and Shaggy’s Seafood Restaurant.

It was a nice house except for the back porch. It was not useable like the pictures showed. The wood fence was gone and was not usable. But the house itself was beautiful. The host never answered my message about the porch.
