Hello! This beautiful pool home is located near the 5th hole of the Shadow Mountain golf course with an unobstructed 300 yard view north to mountains beyond.

There are many nice homes in the greater palm springs area however this is one of the only 3br/3ba homes on a golf course just south of the El Paseo area in Palm Desert- an ideal location and a beautiful home I have restored with the highest quality mid century modern furniture and amenities available. Ideally located minutes south of El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the greater Palm Springs area, this private residence is also conveniently located near the heart of Palm Desert’s most popular restaurants + retail shops as well as Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s.

Upon entry, you have a spacious open kitchen/dining/living room with the largest suite to the left and two additional suites to the right along with a bonus room. This 2050sf home also features new mid-century living & dining room furniture crafted from solid walnut & marble along with bedroom furniture and decor by Palm Springs designer Christopher Kennedy.

The spacious primary wing offers direct walk out access to the covered rear patio, pristine pool, and beautiful backyard along with a large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower while both guest bedrooms on the opposite side of residence feature their own bathrooms. All beds are king or queen with incredibly comfortable brand new mattresses and the designer kitchen features Viking level appliances plus top of the line cutlery, cook, serving, & glassware with a 12’ wide counter open to the living room featuring a new Vizio 65” smart TV & bluetooth Bose speaker system.

Fabulous property!

We had a wonderful one month stay at this beautiful home! The views of the golf course and surrounding mountains are incredible. We really enjoyed the location being so close to everything and a short walk through the neighboring streets to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Ken is an amazing host, he was always very prompt getting back to us and very thoughtful. We look forward to returning!

Perfect spot in Palm Desert

My adult family spent a month here and were thrilled with our choice. The location is perfect ! We walked to El Paseo multiple times a day and were within a 5 min drive to amazing hikes, great shopping and fabulous restaurants . Ken has done an amazing job making sure anything you could need is available in the place. In a quiet, safe neighborhood, this house ticked all of our boxes and we will definitely return. Thanks Ken.

Beautiful Desert Oasis

This was a fantastic home. The location was centrally located to the valley and a nice easy drive to San Diego. The kitchen was well appointed offering us the opportunity to host a couple dinner parties with friends. The home owner was very responsive to our questions. This was a great place to stay.

Wonderful winter getaway!

First off Ken is a delight to deal with. He greeted us upon arrival and responds almost instantly to all communications. He had the home decorated for the holidays and provided a wonderful welcome package for us (and our miniature schnauzer) The home is actually nicer than pictured and backs onto the golf course. Neighbours were very quiet. Would definitely stay again!
