Nice condo and great location

My husband and I plus our two teenagers stayed here for seven nights. The condo was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The pool was great for after hiking and biking. They have an reservation system in place for one hour slots on the half hour and provide towels. I saw staff clean lounge chairs with a spray disinfectant after guests left. Laundry facilities are available for free in the basement of the units next door. The condo is located close to the upper mall with some restaurants and stores open. The base village is a short walk down the mountain or you can use the free skycab (gondola) to go up and down the mountain. There are plenty of biking and hiking trails nearby and the little stream area just outside the windows has beautiful flowers and a deer frequented the area multiple days during our stay. Overall we were pleased with the unit. Given this is the first review of the property, some additional items that would be nice to have included are box/window fans and perhaps another frying pan or two. The condo has no air condition and the unit can get quite warm. We propped the front door open when we were there to help cool it down. Also, in the mornings especially, the kitchen area would smell like natural gas from the fireplace. We would leave the windows open overnight but until the front door was propped open the smell was there to stay. Other than the pilot light it was off and the glass was very warm to the touch, which didn’t help with it keeping the unit cool. The furniture also isn’t the most comfortable but we spent more time in the unit than normal due to the pandemic. We got out plenty but evenings were pretty much spent indoors. We would stay here again but probably for a shorter duration as a family of four.

Snowmass Slopeside Gem

The condo and amenities were perfect for a relaxing slopside fall weekend. I only wish the kitchen was stocked for "real" use - nonstick pans with nonstick utensils, or not, rather than the mismatched utensils and pots/pans.

Great Location

Property is conveniently located next to shops/food/trails basically everything you need. Traffic in Aspen sucks and it’s crowded so Snowmass was a blessing. We never had challenges getting dinner reservations and activities are extremely close. Owner/management was quick to respond and extremely helpful. My family had a blast which is difficult with 4 daughters and a wife who gets hangry!

Great spot close to downtown Aspen. Stayed for a couple nights over Fourth of July weekend. Only negative was trouble turning on the AC so the unit was a little warm for our stay.

Just a 3 minute walk to Snowmass. The hot tub is close, just outside the stairwell. Convenient access to Snowmass Mall too.

Nice location but very noisy unit

The overall experience was fine and the location. However, the unit is very noisy. Both upstairs and all around. Also, the hot tub is very close to the unit but young children run a muck with their parents of the entire hot tub and played loud music. Even when we approached the area they did not turn the music down and there was so many children in the hot tub we left. Tried several days and it was the same chaos the three nights we were staying.

This condominium property is located right in the center of Snowmass Village. It is a short 50 yard walk to the ski slope and hiking trails. It is very convenient for families and couples alike. The condominium is very spacious and has a lovely fireplace in the living room. The property offers 2 beautiful hot tubs and a common area grill.
