Het huis is gelegen in de rustige, residentiële wijk Mas Mora met uitzicht en op 5 km van Blanes en 8 km van Lloret de Mar. Enkele km verderop ligt het mooie Tossa de Mar. Lakens, handdoeken, wifi, water, elektriciteit en verwarming zijn in de prijs inbegrepen. De villa is vrijstaand met eigen zwembad van 9 m, met mozaïek betegeld en heeft veranderlijke ledverlichting. Het huis is compleet en eigentijds ingericht. Tuinmeubilair en reden te over om aan het zwembad te relaxen. Een grote tuin en ruim dakterras met prachtig uitzicht, bijkomend terras bij de woonkamer. Naast zon, zee en strand bij de vele dichtbijzijnde kuststeden, kunt u ook uw hart ophalen in Girona. Deze historische, gezellige stad op nauwelijks een half uurtje rijden, heeft veel te bieden. Ook de wereldstad Barcelona bereikt u in een uur met de auto of met de trein. Voor de liefhebbers van Salvador Dali zijn Figueras en Cadaques uitgelezen plaatsen. Hiernaast zijn er de vele mooie natuurgebieden zoals Montserrat en Montseny en de aantrekkelijke stad Vic. Voor elk wat wils dus en het huis is het hele jaar door te huur!

COMFORTABLE HOME-WONDERFUL LOCATION

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Everything you need. Excellent mattresses. Owner and caretaker very attentive. Wonderful restaurants and markets nearby. Beautiful surroundings. Easy access to Girona and Barcelona. We will stay here again.

Our Second Stay in this Wonderful Home

This was our 2nd stay in this comfortable home. Very well located-with comfortable beds. We are frequent European travelers and this home has some of the best beds we have slept in. We noticed this trip that there is an ocean view from the street. This contemporary home is just so very well located. Close to everything with excellent restaurants nearby. Griet and Patrick are among the best homeowners we have rented from- they address each and every need without hesitation. We are picky Americans and will stay here again. Cathy

Nice place

It was all very nice and as advertised. Splendid views. The owner was friendly and approachable, but not locally present. Via phone and web we could quickly reach her. The only shortcomings we could think of were the metal lattice gate protecting the sliding doors, it was quite difficult to open and close them. Also, we were bothered a bit by mosquitos at night.

Beautiful Villa Experience with Excellent Communication

Overall, we had a great experience. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We were a bit surprised, however, to find that there was no air conditioning—only one room had daily air circulation. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, it’s something future guests may want to be aware of, especially during warmer months.We also experienced a power outage during our stay, which temporarily left us without electricity. Thankfully, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the issue was resolved.Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would consider returning.

Nice holiday home for relaxed days

The house is perfectly located to visit cities and beaches at the 'Costa Brava'. We (3 daughters 6-12 years old, my wife and myself) spent our autumn holidays in Griets and Patrick's house and had a great time. The house is well equiped and it has a great roof-deck for chilled evenings and a lovely pool. The pool was quite cold, but what can you expect in October. We enjoyed it anyway. The house is in a neighborhood where mostly spanish people are living (no holiday home-area). It is was rather quiet but from time to time some dogs belled at the top of the hill. The nights have been quite silent. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby (by car) and even a trip to Barcelona is easy going by train (approx. 1 hour). Thanks for great holidays, Tim & Family

La maison etait tres belle, bien amenagee avec tout le confort et la propritaire disponible si besoin Il y a juste le compteur caché que l'on a pas trouvé lors d'une coupure d'électricité mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre Nous avons passé un très bon séjour...je recommande cette adresse avec grand plaisir

Sept. 2025Beste Grietje en Patrick,We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in jullie huis.Het huis is ruim, heeft een prachtige tuin met zwembad en een groot dakterras met mooi uitzicht.Ook het contact met jullie verliep prima. Dank je wel nog voor alle tips die we kregen. Supermarkten en winkels in de buurt evenals de leuke stranden. Ook een uitstapje naar Girona en Barcelona zijn zeker de moeite waard. C'était notre 2ème séjour dans cette magnifique maison, très bien équipée à tout point de vue. Les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur en fonction du temps et/ou de l'heure et des envies.La cuisine, particulièrement bien équipée pour une location est un gros plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la suite parentale géniale.La piscine et son espace avec les transats sont entretenus avec soin par Miguel aussi gentil et serviable que discret.Que dire des propriétaires, aux petits soins par leurs adorables messages sans être omniprésents, le juste équilibre pour qu'on se sente libre de nous même les contacter en cas de besoin.Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain

Tordera villa all-inn

Bij aankomst aan deze villa all-in waren we teleurgesteld. Het is eerder een groot huis waarvan er 1 verdieping voor ons was. Van de achterdeur aan de keuken -een voordeur is er niet- sluit enkel de metale hordeur met een sleutel af. De binnendeur gaat niet op slot. De horren die wel overal aanwezig waren, zijn vaak ingescheurd of sluiten niet goed af waardoor er veel muggen binnen zaten. Aan de grote raam in de living hing zelfs geen hor! We wisten dat er geen airco was maar wel dat er ventilatoren aanwezig waren. Ze zijn echter van slechte kwaliteit. De electriciteit viel vaak weg. Buiten aan de keuken stond een grote eettafel onder een afdak. Leuk was dat deze tafel zelf gemaakt was alleen stond deze schots en scheef. Het afdak waar de tafel onderstond was een trieste bedoening. De roofing hing half over de rand. Dit kan een gezellig plekje worden door wat planten, lampionnen of lichtjes toe te voegen. We waren wel blij met de tuin. Deze kwam overeen met de foto's hoewel er geen hangmat of 2e tafel aanwezig was. Voor ons was het een beetje een teleurstelling deze woning.

Super erholt

Wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäuser. Dieses Ferienhaus ist im Preis Leistung sehr gut! Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ groß und die Betten waren bequem. Das Wohnzimmer war auch groß genug. Die Küche war leider der einzige Minuspunkt. Es waren zu wenig gute Pfannen und Töpfe vorhanden, auch das Besteck fanden wir nicht so toll. Der Pool war dagegen der absolute Hammer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Tipp noch an die Gastgeberin. Eine kleine Mappe mit ein paar Infos wäre manchmal hilfreich. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Un super séjour

Un magnifique séjour en Espagne à une heure de la frontière et a une heure de Barcelone. Une maison très agréable, avec de très beaux espaces conviviaux pour y manger, s’y poser pour lire, chiler, et y s’amuser. Une magnifique piscine au sel, les enfants se sont donné à cœur joie et idéal pour y bronzer . Un grand merci au propriétaire pour leur disponibilité, leur amabilité, pour l’entretien de la maison. un petit message pour la personne de l’ entretient des espaces verts ainsi que de la piscine très pro et toujours disponible . Ne pas oublier la situation géographique qui impeccable pour se déplacer à la plage, prendre le train et le très beau marché à faire. Encore un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, on y reviendra avec grand plaisir. Je vous le conseille.

Prachtige tuin met mooi uitzicht

Wij hebben genoten! Bij vragen was er snel reactie omdat een aantal (kleine) dingen niet helemaal op orde waren. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Kids hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de tuin.

Agradable y tranquilidad

Han sido 5 dias de relax, a la casa no le falta detalle, no hemos salido para nada! Los niños han disfrutado del jardín y de la piscina! Griet y familia anfitriones brillantes, hemos podido hablar cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Nos gusta mucho la zona muy tranquila y bonitas vistas.

Agréables vacances

La villa est très bien située entre mer et montagne, point de départ de nombreuses découvertes. Elle est très confortable et dispose d'une merveilleuse piscine dont l'entretien est assuré par Miguel, sympathique et serviable personne ! Merci à Lui ! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de petits "problèmes techniques". La chambre parentale n'est pas entièrement occultée, ce qui peut s'avérer être gênant. La mise à disposition de quelques notices d'utilisation des appareils serait utile (par ex : emplacement du compteur électrique). Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cette location.
