Very nice home. Our host was quick to respond to all questions. He was friendly and professional. Very easy to deal with. The whole neighborhood of Sunset Island is perfect. Nice pools, convenient bay beaches, corner store & lots of nice areas to walk. Beautiful bay sunsets. Only 2 short blocks to the ocean. Highly recommend.

We are big fans of Sunset Island and this property was located in a great spot on the island - close to the pool, small corner store, and the poolside restaurant & bar. This property was clean and well maintained overall and worked well for our large family. The property host was very responsive to our questions and communicated well with us throughout the rental process. Our only issue was trying to fit 2 mid-size cars in the garage. We gave up on it when we realized we could barely do so, but not open the doors. So we were required to purchase another parking pass for the week. On the whole, we enjoyed the property and the location, and we would certainly rent this property again.

Clean & Spacious

This property is clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. The location of sunset Island is perfect, close enough to the action but secluded enough that you feel you are in a quiet beach town. A perfect spot for our 3 day weekend.

The house is great for a family beach vacation. The new beds were very comfortable. We appreciate all of the tv's - especially the large one in the family room. The kitchen was well stocked. Lastly, we appreciate that there are beach chairs for our use - it saves us much space when packing. We look forward to returning to this house.
