Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals, a new Smeg fridge, granite counters, and bar-stool seating. A queen-sized Serta air mattress allows up to 5 people to sleep comfortably. Great location, in the heart of Chicago's premier entertainment district, which boasts two major concert venues, a legendary jazz lounge, and a string of bars and clubs.
Walk everywhere - bars, restaurants, cafes. Satisfy any taste within a five-minute walk, from the best Thai & Vietnamese in Chicago, New York style pizza by the slice, Japanese, Ethiopian, Korean, Hong Kong style BBQ to authentic tacos al pastor.
Walk one block to the Red Line 'L' station, and you’re minutes from a dozen vibrant neighborhoods and attractions, all right off the train, from Wrigley Field (5 minutes), Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town and the Loop (20 minutes), down to Soldier Field, the Museum Campus, Chinatown and U.S. Cellular Field.
Walk, jog or rent a Divvy bike and explore the lakefront trail - 1/4 mile East of my apartment - an eighteen-mile stretch of parks and trails that run all the way downtown, past beaches, a golf course, a zoo and lake-front dining.

Guest Notes

Potential for Noise: Our apartment is located on the 5th floor on a city street, so you may hear some typical urban sounds. Additionally, to keep the space cool during the summer, our AC uses an automatic condensation drain pump. The pump activates as needed to clear water, which produces a rattling or pumping sound, occasionally even when the AC is turned off. It is a completely normal part of the system's operation, but because it is noticeable, we provide earplugs for noise-sensitive guests.  

Animals on Premises: While no pets are allowed inside our specific unit, please note that other residents in the building do have pets.
