Old farm composed of a dwelling house, its barn and stables all renovate to offer you a space of 355m2 consisting of a large exposed stone living room with mezzanine, a kitchen open to the living room, 6 bedrooms and their private bathrooms, 2 of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility, a space dedicated to relaxation with the swimming pool equipped with counter-current swimming heated year-round, a furnished patio with 5-seat SPA and deckchairs. Sleeps 15 people. Ground of 1400m2 partly turfed with outdoor terrace, gantry for children, 6 parking spaces. All not overlooked: the cottage is free from any neighborhood, easy to access since 2 minutes from the A87 motorway exit and 5 minutes from the town of Herbiers where you will find all the amenities.
NEW, in 2020 we will be able to accommodate up to 20 people, an additional room for 5 people and its bathroom will be available from March 1st!

Ideally located 15 minutes from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou but also 10 minutes from the Leisure Center of La Tricherie (swimming, tree climbing), 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne and the Marais Poitevin, Le Val de Ry promises you beautiful moments with family or friends. For the more courageous, hike departure for the Mont des Alouettes and its mills 50m from the Gite.

Beau gîte dans la campagne proposant de nombreuses activités

Le gîte est très bien aménagé et entretenu. De nombreuses activités sont possibles : piscine, jacuzzi, billard, baby-foot, ping-pong. Le séjour est spacieux, la terrasse agréable, la literie confortable. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent week end . La maison a tout pour plaire , les chambres sont spacieuses modernes , la literie de très bonne qualité , les salles de bain dans les chambres sont spacieuses. Rien à redire , nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine et de l’espace jaccuzi . On remercie la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. On recommande autant pour un week end entre amis qu’en famille .

c'est un gîtes où le beaucoup de place est très agréable à vivre, super de ne pas avoir à sortir à l'extérieur pour allez a la piscine. le plus du jaccuzi est unevrai une bonne surprise. tout est joli et bien penser. nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Notre séjour dans ce gîte a été très agréable. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Les volumes sont très appréciables, et les équipements aussi. Idéal pour une réunion de famille et pour aller au Puy du fou et au Château de Tiffauges. L'endroit est très confortable et en particulier la literie. La piscine a amusé les grands et les petits. Le spa a été très apprécié également. L'accueil par la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons.

Un très bon week-end

Ce gîte est parfaitement adapté aux grands groupes, bien équipé notamment pour les enfants et bébé. Très confortable surtout au niveau literie. La piscine est les extérieurs sont très appréciables. Accueil chaleureux. Nous sommes prêt à revenir.
