This one-bedroom/one-bathroom cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, a Bluetooth stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Amazing and restful stay

Exceeded my expectations. It had everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, beach towels and washer and dryer. Check-in, communication, cleanliness were perfect. The beautiful sandy beach with afternoon sunsets were just steps away from the cottage.

My husband and I had a relaxing weekend here! We needed a weekend getaway on the beach, and this cottage certainly delivered. With walking distance to everything and everything can be delivered as well, bring your flips, bathing suit, and your loved one!

It was just as promised. Plenty of parking right on the beach. Had a private beach just out the door and the beach was probably 25 yards away. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Was just great.

Right on the beach

Small cottage right on the beach. Perfect size for one or two people. It is one of the very few single-story units left in that area that sit directly on the sand. Unit had everything you need for a great stay. Communication with owner was superb. Located close to a convenience store, bakery, and coffee shops. The beach is long, walkable, and gorgeous. Watch the sunset from the cottage or from the private beach. We would absolutely select this unit if we return there.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect location and size for me. I have taken a week off and spent it on the beach for the last three years and this was by far my favorite location. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. I will be booking this location next year! Thanks Linda!

what an easy vacation. I took a taxi from the airport and stayed for five days. I love to walk so it was fun and convenient. The place was clean and everything is working. It really is directly on the beach! I recommend it for single travelers, couples and people seeking a place a bit quieter than just a few miles south down the beach.

Amazing location

This has to be the closest we’ve ever been to the gulf. You can stand in the kitchen looking at the water and have your feet in the ocean in a matter of seconds. The cottage was clean and cozy and more than enough beach supplies provided. Neighbors were all very nice. Linda was very nice and accommodating, very easy to communicate with. We made so many amazing family memories and would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. Gulf FRONT. It's on the quieter side with plenty of seating & toys to use. The cottage had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the tiny kitchen sink. Can't say that was a major concern @ all. Would highly recommend

Great Relaxing Beach Experience

Perfect for 2 adults wanting to get away. Property was very well maintained and appointed. Comfortable and complete with kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, etc. Upon checking in, we found that ice was provided as well as start-up paper products and soap. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Loved the view and being able to walk right out onto the beach. Proved to be a quiet and relatively secure location (would suggest adding a dead bolt to exterior bedroom door). We look forward to another stay in the future. Thank you!

Welcome to the beach

Old time Florida beach time with all the modern luxury. Open the windows and listen for the lull of the sea. Backyard is the beach, private loungers all set and ready to lay in the sun! Steps over the dune and you are there. Sunsets that leave you humbled and shells along the shore, water clear and beautiful. Watch for the dolphins to pass by. Only wish we could live there. What a life. So for just our one week, thank you, Linda, for sharing your slice of paradise.

We had a great week staying at Linda’s place! This was one of the most relaxing weeks my wife and I have had in a while. Her place on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to hang on the beach all day and walk 30 yards to the condo for lunch or whatever we needed.Linda’s communication is excellent. There was some work being done on the beach before we arrived and she relayed this information before we arrived. We look forward to planning our next trip to her lovely place on the beach!

Absolutely loved everything about this rental! I kept saying over and over how darling the place was. It had everything you could possibly want inside and out. The location to the beach was outstanding and there is a trolley stop right across the street that would take you up and down the strip for only 2.25 a ride. The cottage is immaculate, and obviously has had a very well done remodel. Even though it rained all day on our last day, we had a great time playing cards at the table watching the storm. There aren’t enough stars to give this little piece of paradise. I fully intended to book again next year. Thanks for everything!

Why they chose this property

I wanted a place nestled in the sand—right on the beach—overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. I did NOT want a traditional high rise condo with elevators and security guards and rules and regulations. I also wanted that immersed in nature feel and not a touristy vibe, yet I didn’t want to be far from restaurants, and fun things to do.
I looked for just the right property for EIGHT years! But boy was it worth the wait!
I wanted a ground floor beachfront property to bring my kids and enjoy the beach life without the hassle of schlepping everyone and all the gear into the car and finding a place to park! lol
My family, friends, and guests from around the world have fond memories of our time here--I still pinch myself that I am fortunate enough to own this little slice of PARADISE!
