The unit has another full bathroom with a glass shower box. Fully equipped kitchen integrated into spacious living and dining room area. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests. A washer and Dryer are offered inside the unit as well. The total capacity of the apartment is 6 passengers.
The Resort & Residences has a terrace pool and restaurant and an amazing beachfront restaurant open for reservations.
Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella service are provided by the Resort.

Nice condo with amazing views. Elevators problems are real

Four of us (plus an infant) spent 6 days at this condo. The Hyde is a fairly new building, and the condo has a truly great balcony and view of the ocean. The condo was also incredibly clean, spacious, and modern (though minimally stocked, but a nearby Walmart helped with that). Unfortunately, for a 40 story building, there are only four small elevators. We didn’t deal with too long of waits, but observed two elevators get stuck with people in them. Waiting for the elevator definitely took longer over the weekend when the building was more crowded. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and we enjoyed the beach.

Fantastic value!

I have to say, it is one of best values, I ever found in FLL area. The building is brand new and as I understand, each room is designed by a building owners. From the furniture to paintings on walls. So everything looks and functions great. On reviews bellow, there was a complaint about ventilation in the bathroom - I guess, it was fixed, our stuff worked just fine. To add a little bit of critique - the floor was quite dusty. We had to mop it. If owners can resolve this with maintenance, it would be perfect. Overall: Highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay.

Not as great as it appeared

The condo and beach were beautiful. However, once we settled in we discovered a few “less than desirable” things. The guest bathroom stunk continuously even when using the fan. We had to request towels twice before they were brought to the room. After a day of back and forth texts, we were told toilet paper, facial tissue, and detergent were not provided. When it rains, the master bedroom has considerable noise from the runoff. Elevators are very slow to come to the floors. Next time we’ll stay in the hotel instead of an owned condo.
